[Resolved]  ELBEE courier — Guys are not doing their duty properly

Non Delivery of My Card, Delivery boys are not working their duty
HI All
I would like to draw your kind attention to your Gurgaon Branch. The persons who are delivering the courier to the customers are not doing their duty properly. As the Icici Bank has despatched my card to my office address which is American Express on 8th dec 2008 but the person who is the delivery boy given the report that the Address is Incomplete or Unlocatable. so will you pls let me know that when my mobile no is mentioned on the courier so why a call has not been given to me before returning the same to the bank.As I am an Lawyer by Profession so I am going to do the further proceedings against you people in the court of Law.

Pls provide the service to the customer rather than just completing your targets.

What is Customer ?
A satisfy Customer will give you lac of customers but if the scenerio which I have mentioned will go on so I will write to Mr Kamath who is the Director of Icici Bank that Pls cancel the contract with you people as just because of you peoples they are loosing their customers.

Pls find the details of the same as mentioned on your website when I have checked the details of the same.
