With due respect, we would like to inform you that we are resident of 13/A, K.P.Roy Lane, PO- Dhakuria, Kolkata – 700031, West Bengal. We have our voter ID card no. ZYR1647767 (Bimal Krishna Biswas) and WB/23/151/1411250 (Neela Hader). Our name was in voter list. More than 15 years we are giving vote. But the voter list which was published 2/3 month before, it is shown that our name was deleted from the voter list. We could not understand why our name are deleted from voter list. We both are doing job. Neela Halder is a bank employee and myself is a Sr. Manager-IT of a private company.



For your kind ref. we are giving our voted card scan file with this attachment.



We shall be highly obliged to you, if you kindly arrange to incorporate our name in voted list for coming MLA election and look into the matter.

Dear Sir,
I like to draw your kind attention to the following fact for your kind perusal and consideration.
That Sir, I am the permanent Resident of 26, Vivekananda Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata – 700 075. I have my voter I.D. card bearing Sl No – LMW2138618 and casting my vote to my favorite candidate in different elections for last 40 years.

I Majid Akhtar of ward number 36, Raja Bazar kolkata-9, do want to tell you that recently applied for correction of date of birth, I got my Id card some day before with all the information correct, but I want to say that I got that ID card in such a condition that its longibility should not more than a year, though it is the document for life lime, I think voter ID is one of the most important document of every Indians, its value is not less than citizenship card, so the condition of my ID card's is so poor, please do something. Being one of the EPIC holder (WB/22/153/216067), I Rajarshi Datta residing now at 1C, Mahendra chatterjee Lane kolkata 700046, (prior to that I was at 5, Mahendra Chatterjee Lane Kolkata 700046 )
applied for chage of address with Form no.8 on19-11-07. Which was duely filled and accepted by authoried personnel at KMC Community Hall.
Now nearly two and half years gone but still waiting for new EPIC with current address.

But still I not received my voter card. I checked through website that my voter card already been done but mentioning " PHOTO NOT AVAILABLE". I don't know what's going on, I submitted photograph as per your requirements 3 pcs.

Student — Non-issuance of Voter ID Card after production

Dear Sir,

I have applied for EPIC and my application for issuance of the card has been considered. During the first quarter of the Year 2011 election IDs were to be issued just before the 2011 Assembly Elections. I have submitted the required information to the Commission and thereafter my EPIC Number: IOR0675074 is posted in the Commission's site. I have not yet been issued with the Voter's card, even though the details of my card are published in the website of the Election Commision.

I, therefore, request the Election Commsion authorities to kindly arrange to send me the EPIC card to my residential address at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

It is my humble suggestion that when ever the call for voters ID is done, not only the newspapers should be considered but also pamphlet at different points should be hanged so that every body knows about the dates and time.
It is every time not neccessary that every person takes all the newspapers or browse through every page, hence the above system would be more effective.
