I have submitted my PF forms 19 & 10-c on before 11 month in my company MAFOI MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY AT AHMEDABAD. After the form being under process for 11 months (on 15 april 2008) it has been told by office staff that my Form is not submitted. After 2 days when I submitted my Form the relatef staff (Mr. AJAY KAMLE) told me that "the format of form is wrong so you have to submitt another new form". He is neither accepted my Form nor he want to know me the correct format.
So I submitted another Form 19 & 10-c with form 3A attached but till the date it is under process.

They are not given even my PF number so ican not inquery to PF office also so please give me right way to process

Dear Sir,

After I had left my previous job, after 2 months my employer had submitted the PF withdrwal form to PF office. Now I can understand that the Employer is trying to stop the withdrwal procedures. Is the employer can do this after submitting the duly filled withdrwal form.

Dear Sir,
I was working with I-Process Services ( Inida ) Pvt./ Ltd. from 29/09/2006 to 09/01/2008 as Sr. Assocaite under employee code C11096 with FP No MH/47808/10388 . I received my full and final payment from Company on 26/3/2008.And than i summit my PF form to Mumbai PF Department in the month of April but till date they not give any respond of that .And at the same i also complete in PF Grievance Cell with CEPF O/E/2008/06648 and CEPFO/E/2008/14571.Till date i not receive any information from them.

It is my humble request to you please look in the matter in urgent basis.
