Pension discontinued

I was retired from shree cement Ltd Beawar-Rajasthan.My PF No is
RJ/04712/1157 in November-2008. My EPF Pension P.P.O No:- is
30054.a sum of rs 1025.00 is being credited to my state bank of bikaner & jaipur
Beawar, A/C No:- 61066577089 from EPF office jyoti nagar Jaipur.
for continuing pension I sent my Life certificate to SBBJ Beawer & they
forwarded the same to Provident Fund Office Jaipur through their letter No:-
5128 dated 21.12.2009,Page No:- 48. But still my pension is discontinued
when i enquired over phone to Provident fund office Jaipur over phone No:-
0141-2740742 & 0141-2742699, they are asking me to send a fresh
life certificate again. Pjease help me to get my pension continued.

My PPO NO: BRPAT9343
From January 2009 to January 2010 I have not get my pension
For this I have all ready submitted my Life certificate in Patna in your office
1 week
Back by till now I haven’t get my pension amount
So please check my matter nicely and refund my amount of pension as soon
As Possible

For this I will be highly obliged to you for your kind co operation

and advice to me for await for further communication from A.P>F>C>(pension)sub account office at Rj-Jaipur regarding issue pension payment order,

Sir, still today i have no any responce from your side Please do need full and send me pension satrt order.
