[Resolved]  EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai — EPF withdrawal amount not yet received (already 6 months)

Dear sir,

I had submitted my EPF application through my ex employer (citigroup global services ltd) and they said it got processed by the month of july, but still i havn't received my EPF amount. Please check & do the needful.

My self is Mr.Lalbahadur Singh bearing P.F A/C No- MH/20237/999 and my ordeal is as follows.

I was working with Mr.Nagarwalla Engineering Co Ltd. for 6 good years between 2001 to 2007 as a Plumbing Engineer.During my services to them as an employee, they would deduct P.F from my salary every month and I have receipts of the same to substantiate my claim.

However, during these 6 years of my service, they have deducted P.F every month from my salary. However, I left their job, in the year of NOV-2007 due to some personnel reasons and moved to my native place (U.P).Since then, I personally and several times contacted them to get my P.F form duly signed by them – so I can submit the same for clearance.

But so far neither they are paying any heed to my request nor releasing my P.F form for the reasons best known to them. Iam a helpless victim of their arrogance and ignorance. Sir, I need money, desperately, now to look after my aging parents and I have no hope whatsoever to organize finance other than to turn around and retrieve my P.F money.Therefore, I would request you to intervene in this matter and help me to come out this imbroglio. I would be so grateful to you.

My name is M. Vijaya kumar i worked as a software engineer in i-flex solutions Bangalore. Since one and half above year i have been waiting for E.P.F tillnow i did't receive it. If i send a mail to them they
said we have forwarded your E.P.F application to the head office Mumbai so you have to wait 6 to 7 months.

They are telling the same dialog since from the begging i left the office. I don't know whats happening there I don't know how time to take and to wait for it. Please sir kindly let me know when it comes us.

My job period 27-3-07 TO 9-10-07 My salary 5500 rs done by school but my salary not give me complete he told me 9-10 month before give me salary and pf I round many time in pf office he told me that they have not received any farm of this name he told me we are post latter to force the school then I talk to mr dhillon <owner of school >he told me 30% cut of the pf than u want to claim 4-5 days i[censored] want complete pf than 2-3 year after .

Plz give me my balance salary and pf

We have complaint to d c sahib bathinda he take this case enquiry to deo sahib . but he send wrong inquiry report that is totally wrong according to our documents date deo told they fill the pf return regularly but pf commissioner told in latter school not return file timely school was not cut the pf of all teachers we complaint to pf office they have not take any action pf office said me they have not receive any claim farm but receiving of claim farm mr sivian have us my balance salary and pf claim not receive till date my experience certificate send deo office to sign the deo but they have not given us the experience certificate . deo office bathinda pf office bathinda and doon public school are crrupted plz see this matter I am a poor lady plz help me
