Pathetic service after sales

Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service. Their service franchisees are real !!!.
I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of July 2007 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter.
I have received first service after 10 months. They replaced carbon at that time. As per the warranty I supposed to get second service which I have not received and the folk ask me to sign the 1 year contract which I refuse and he went away. They have not provided second service which is free in warranty.
Is this hell of Eureka Forbes service world!!!

I had very very bad service from Eureka Forbes guys, this sales person not knowing name because i am in office and my wife is there at home, A-402, Dreams Rhythm, Bavdhan, PUNE, Builder gave me purifier seven month before but till date no servising taken by them, today they come to check after follow up, they says carbon and candel both suppose to change due to water, and you have to paid 900 rupees for same.
there are not respond from your person and directly gone. i dont know why you are not taking any service within this period, and directly say to change it,
nedd your repply immidiately from you in above mail id.

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard I-Nova — Attending service call request

We had purchased a Aquaguard I-Nova which is still under warranty. We have been calling the Eureka Forbes customer service number 39883434 for the last 7 days for registering request for the third servicing as per applicable terms and conditions. This call has been unattended to date.

The water purification quality is very poor. I suspect that the water is not getting purified and making the family including my children at risk for water borne infection the incidence of which is very high during monsoons. If we are only to boil water then it makes useless sense to invest is purchase of a water purifier like Acquaguard.

We wish the water sample to be tested under consumer protection act and appropriate penalties be levied to the company for not honoring the service contract.
I bought RO system from Eureka Forbes PATIALA on 04/05/09. But i must say that your patiala centre is providing me very very low grade sevice. I bought RO system ( Bill no 005554) on 4th april and its 4 moth passed. I haven't received my first service even after Reminding the patiala centre for last 3 weeks. I have talked with Head of the sales department, Head of the maintenance depatment Mr. Parveen kashyap. But all they are giving me is just a lolipop. I never thought a brand like Eureka Forbes will give me such a cheap after sales service. Kindly provide me service on time or TAKE BACK YOUR RO SYSTEM
The same compliant is from my side also. I have Aqua Guard Classic for the last 8-10 years in Geeta Colony. The service Centre of Aqua Guard Geeta Colony is Ms. Deepika Khandelwal. My problem is that the compliant registered by us is not attending in proper time. Sometime they take 10-15 days to attend the complaint. If we call him to change the candle and carbon or some electrical parts who is not working and they have to change it as per AMC contract they say they so not have stock of carbon / candle / electrical parts.
I am fed up from this compliant Centre,
Every year the complaint was same and they are not improved their service till date.
I request you please change the AMC Centre of Geeta Colony or tell the company to improve the services.
Drinking water is necessary for daily and it cannot be wait for two days or 10-15 days. Our complaint should be attended in same day or another day.
But last time I complained of not working of Aqua Guard on Frinday 16.09.2009 but till date no technician come to my house to attend the complaint.
tell me another AMC Centre of Geeta Colony, East Delhi so that i may renew our AMC contract.
Not only lackness in providing service . They use to exploit & harrsed the customer & it seems all join their hands in this regard . I complain to change Nf membrane & others . Two man (Ajay &Pawan ) came with loose membrane, which one cost is more than Rs 2300 . I called to service centre, following to Euro Help Line but in vain.
Very poor & pathetic service.
Eureka forbes is one of the most irresponsible companies in the world. After buying their products they even don't know who the customer is & what they want. Almost five years have been completed to our purifier not even a single person has come to check their product. The shop where is bought this water purifier they simply tell us we can only sell this product we have no idea about the service & they don't receive any complaint about their product. I don't know what the hell is going on with this company.

Hi everone,
I am totally agree with he views posted on this blog. Service point of view it is very very very poor. Scince Last 2 months several call made for servicing and every call responded that service boy visited at your site and it is reflecting OK status.
On November 12th complain centre told that boy will visit today and in evening without visit they revert that one of the part is not available in the market and it will receive after three days.

How silly and hell system is running on.

kiran enterprises mr. digvijay sinha [protected] has not provide service for this reason i have some health problems. i take a aquaguard water purification 2 october 2009 he has not given a service for this reason purification having some problem. our place water not good so this reason i take water purification.

Eureka Forbes — Pathetic service of Aquaguard water purifiers

I am the owner of an Aqua Guard Royale water purifier. At the beginning of this year, when the AMC of the above mentioned water purifier was renewed, a technician (Sanjay) visited to change the filter and carbon as is the case every year. However, while finishing up, in his hurry, he forced the cabinet shut. In doing so, he managed to break off the end where the screws go in. He didn’t mention it to me that it had broken off. He quietly hung the purifier onto the wall. That’s when I noticed that the front panel was hanging loose and not closed shut as before. When I inquired with him why he didn’t shut it properly, he said that it was broken and needs to be replaced. He said that he would place the order for a new piece as soon as he returns to office. Please note that this was in Jan 2010.

Since then I have been following up with the service centre, but all they say is that the part has not come yet.

On 12 July 2010, I lodged a request ([protected]) with Eureka Forbes and mentioned all these details to them. I asked them to send the cabinet as well as the carbon which needed to be changed. Finally, after many calls, on 22nd July, a technician came over. When I inquired about the cabinet, he said that he had no clue about this and had come over for servicing. I asked him to change the carbon, if he had brought that along. He had the carbon and he changed it. However, he did not have the proper tools to open the casing which held the filter, in order to clean it. He struggled with it, trying desperately to force it open with his feet. For hygienic reasons as well as fearing that he might just break that, I requested him to leave that and finish up. When he turned on the aqua guard, the red light did not come on. I wrote down all this in his job sheet and mentioned about the light, missing screws and the cabinet that needed to be replaced.

After he left, I called up Eureka Forbes customer care, spoke with Mr. Mayur Mehtra (supervisor) with whom I was in touch with regarding this issue. He, then, directed me to speak with Mr. Som Shankar (Service Dept.). His contact no. is[protected]. I contacted him and narrated the entire matter to him. He promised me that he would look into this and call me back. After a while, I got a call from him and he promised me that the cabinet would be replaced in 2-3 days. When no one turned up after 4 days, again I called him and he asked me to wait for another 2-3 days. This went on till 9th August, when he finally mentioned that he has forwarded the request to Mr. Milind, Vashi office who would do the needful.

When I contacted Mr. Milind on 27831069/2252/2095, he assured me that they will replace the cabinet in 3 days. When I followed up on 12th Aug, the executive said that the technician will visit my place by 5:00 in the evening. Unfortunately, there was no sign of a technician. When I called again on 13th Aug (today), Mr. Milind would not take my call. The executive assured me that the technician will visit today.

At 6:00 pm, the same technician (who broke the cabinet in the first place), came over. I asked him if he had brought the cabinet as I didn’t see anything in his hands. He pretended to be ignorant of this matter and said that he was asked to come to take care of a break-down. I, politely, asked him to leave.

It has been eight months since this incident. All their people are doing is passing on the issue from one dept. to another. And to top it all, they are sending their technicians asking them to feign ignorance of this matter.

The consumer courts should not be lenient in dealing with this company luring customers with false promises and absolutely nothing to show for it.
