Pathetic service after sales

Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service. Their service franchisees are real !!!.
I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of July 2007 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter.
I have received first service after 10 months. They replaced carbon at that time. As per the warranty I supposed to get second service which I have not received and the folk ask me to sign the 1 year contract which I refuse and he went away. They have not provided second service which is free in warranty.
Is this hell of Eureka Forbes service world!!!

I am very disappointed to inform you that I wanted to buy a Aqua Guard (Sensa or Genius).

As per the process I filled my information and waited for one day so that some one contacts me.


But when no one contacted me for 36 hours, I called your Koregaon Park (Pune) center[protected] and requested them to send some one for a Demo at my house at Baner. He is a very good person, he listened to me and answered all my queries and said that he will try to arrage for the same.

Its almost 5 days and no one came for Demo. I am calling your Koregaon Park (Pune) landline number daily and some one is assuring daily that some one will be coming for demo and my family waits for the full day assuming someone will be coming for Demo but all in vain.


Now, I am happy to inform you that yesterday I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine yesterday and when their representative was doing the washing machine stand installation, he heard me doing enquiry about Aqua guard from last 4 days and your un-promised Demos. He gave me info about similar Whirlpool Product.


Although I was not interested in it initially but he said he can do a Demo and installation in one day and also their water purifier personnel will test our home water inlet supply TDS level and suggest best option to us. After waiting for Aqua guard demo for 5 days and hearing such a quick response from Whirlpool, I could not say no to him.


And finally today, their representative will be coming for a Demo and if things go well, he may do the installation as well.


Just sharing this feedback so that your other potential customers don't suffer such pains.

We purchased one Aquaguard and after one yr sur aquaguard was not working properly and and we have done many calls bt the person who installed the purifier was not receiving the call, and then we reported our complaints at Kolkatta, bt no body bothered, and one in report it our state they are giving various addresses to us and when we go there there is nothing and they are always lie.What a Cheating by eureko Forbes and the service done by them is very BADDDDDD.And they are not arriving at the tym we call them ...
They are only interested in sales not in services.Very bad company
It is really strange to see only bAd views about your service. How can you maintain your rePutation when your after sales service is bad. Luckily you have not been dragged to the court. Try to improve service area to world class level to thrive in the market.

My customer id[protected] model of the water purifier is Royal and I am using is for many years and from the beginning I have service contact with them without any gap. Recently the service quality of Eureka Forbes come down such a level that I am thinking of changing the product and company. My purifier stop working on 19/06/2015 and I registered a complain immediately no. [protected] as usual they told me it will be serviced within 48 hours. I again remind them on 24/06/15 and received the same answer. From the next day I contacted with their customer executives several times over telephone. I time I received the same answer and assurance but without any result. I had to purchase mineral water from outside. At last on 27/06/15 the technician came replace a inside parts. The fuse of the machine was also blown out but he has no fuse but somehow manage to manage to run the machine with the help of a wire from my house. I think this is very temporary and the machine will break down within few days. I am very much dissatisfied with the service centre o[censored]ttarpara and their technician Arijit Koley due to their response to the customer. Please tell us what should I do?

I have an enhance UV RO water purifier of your Co. On completion of warranty I entered into an AMC with the Co.on 01-07-15 paying
Rs.4830/- for a one year contract. At the time of signing the contract I was told that all the four filters will be replace within a weeks time and regular service confirmed. But to my dismay it happened that the company appears to be cheating people like this and
making money. Now it already 80 days passed and nobody bothered to attend my complaint in spite of repeated reminders. The reference Nos, of the complaints are given below.

I purchased oneaquaguard refno. . Machinehad worked for nearly more than two years
. After that one sales person has come check the quality of water, said that you have to change all filters (fullset) . I agree to change fullset. I thing the full set was duplicate. Because within two three months storage tank full of carbon particle taste of water also different. I complained they sent a person .He checked the quality of water and its nothing. I told him open the back side unitchenck the filters. No sir its o.K. After he went i checked filters. Carbon filters just taken out crbon particles dispersed in sink. They changed all filters on[protected] .And amc by [protected].Thisperson. Now you have to buy two filters again...Contract receipt no 10 consumer number. 25154022. Amc by sekar.R.

In chennai this duplicates are availble but i paid rupees 4190. Now what i have to do now on the behalf of the company name they are selling duplicate duplicate duplicate
please dont buy any water filters. Traditional and mushroom companies are cheating middle class people.

kind and humble request FILTER THE WATER, BOIL IT, COOL IT AND AVOID ALL KIND HEAD PAIN.
