Express It Courier — not delivering but claiming to have delivered | |||
I was to receive a parcel sent by Mumbai firm on 29-2-12. Status remained `in transit' for some time. Sender on 15-3-12 wrote that courier had lost the parcel, and they will send duplicate. on[protected] some body from courier telephones us saying that parcel was already delivered. I wrote to sender (JM Financial ltd.) to take legal action on courier and stop all work with courier in future. They agreed for that. telling fabricated stories and trying to wrongly protect delivery person/local branch office will not only lead to wrong image in market but sometimes loss of business too. I hope all the corporates/ companies/ consumers will take lesson from such reports/complains to keep away from frudent, bogus and lethargic, careless couriers. Aneri P. The service and attitude of Express IT Courier is as bad as it can get. They are not only irresponsible, but arrogant to the core. They never delivered a package that I was to receive from HSBC (Mumbai). They just updated the package status as "Delivered" and had the audacity to mark the "Delivered to " as my name !! when I was out of town the whole day.
Is this how a company operates? What the fcuk is the CEO doing? Is he even looking at customer complaints? I am not sure how companies like HSBC use their services. It's ridiculously sick to even talk to their customer service. Those folks think they are the royal highnesses of England and are telling me that the package is delivered when I knew that already.
How are they even around? I for one would NEVER EVER use their services and strongly urge everybody to STAY AWAY from EXPRESS IT COURIER.
They suck big time !!!

Express IT — Courier not delivered
The company was given a consignment 3 times and all 3 times they returned back by saying consignee not available at that address. I did not get any call from the courier delivery agents, neither anyone came at my address on the date they mentioned that they visited.
