[Resolved] Express It Courier — non delivery | |||
My credit card is dispatched from HDFC bank from Chennai to noida on 29/12/2011 from express it courier. My courier reference is AWB #H[protected]. On 03/01/2012 I got a miss call from unknown number at about 5.30 pm, when I call back at that number, an executive of express it couries says he comes to my company but security guards does not allow him to come inside. I says to him come back at my company I am there. Then he says that it is time over for that day. Than I ask when I will get my courier. He says that when he will get time. When I spoke to his senior, he says that I will get my courier in 3-4 days depend on his time availability. I further says please call me on my mobile number before coming, so that they will not face any difficulty to deliverer my courier. Than he says he will not get money from his company to make a call. Even they both does not gave their names to me. From that day I remember them everyday about my courier. He always replies that they do not have time to come to that area since it is only one single courier of my of that area. From 03/01/2012 everyday I tracked my courier details on net there is no progress, when I checked it on 07/01/2012 I know that filled in their report they are coming everyday which I cannot believe, even I consult it with my company security guards. When I call him back & ask him how can he filled this report, It's answer is unbelievable that they cannot waste time & money(bike petrol) for a single courier. If your service is like that than how can we believe in your courier service since it is a critical matter of credit card. Was this information helpful? | |||

For the last 3-4 months, Barclays Bank Credit Card Statement sent through express IT courier hasn't reached me, but I get SMS saying the AWB No. and also it has been delivered etc. I checked their site (express it) - they don't have tracking system for public nor it's picks it's customer service no.
With so many complaints against this courier company, i am wondering all these banks don't check the POD(Proof of delivery) nor check in google to find their set of people who have given complaints.

Express IT / Courier Company — Non Delivery of parcel
If you really have nothing better to do or simply would like some one to stay home for days waiting for no reason, then try this : Send a courier thru "Express IT" ... It's just opposite to its name .. It never delivers on time forget about "Express" ... And its true no one picks their phone .. 30813046 ... in short this company should be banned .. Dear sir

I dono why banks like kotak icici are in tie with this useless fellows. the numbers given for this companies are totally waste and used only to increase our frustration, Pls check by calling all the below numbers to know about the idiotic service provided by them [protected], 42692028, 42656226, 42692031. i have to receive a cheque from kotak which is delayed for two weeks and more than that, still i ve not got any details about the cheque which is on their useless hands. even some small courier companies do the work well and good but these peoples having a website for tracking only to see how they are sleeping.

My parcel from ICICI bank twice went back to the sender. Recently the courier sent on 02.01.10 and got call from delivery by to fix up time to deliver, but he never come to my place. The parcel went back to the sender.
Why they are not delivering the parcel. I think in this courier company is run by only the delivery boys.

express it courier — non delivery of one parcel
axis bank has sent me a credit card under awb [protected]to be delivered in chennai
these arroaggant people of express it couriers are sending me
a sms message that they could not deliver the parcel stop
they have gone to my house on a working day when i will be in my
office. instead of sending me a sms, they could have dialled the
same mobile number to ascetain my availablity
i wonder why all banks are engaging this stupid company to
for deivering the parcels
their contact numbers are never answered
