My relative sent a courier from kerala to my home ( Kondapur - HYD ).
2 days back I received a call from the courier office in HYd and they asked my office address to deliver the items instead of delivering it in my house. The reason they told is in Kondapur they can not find out this address and I cant understand why they accepted the courier in Kerala.
Since I am on leave I dont want to go to my office and wait to receive this parcel. I am wondering the services offered by French courier, I am receiving all postal and courier also from Professional courier etc.
I asked the cell no. of the delivery boy to guid that also they refused and told me that they are going to sned it back to the sender.

A COURIER — Not received a courier

My seller from New Delhi has sent his product to me on 4th February. It came to chennai on 5th February. I checked this detail through online. Airway Bill number[protected]. But why it did not reach to my hands for more than a week? I had poor experience with trackon already. Your staffs are theives and cheats. They have stolen a product of Rs 2,500 which has come from mumbai to me during december 2009. They have delivered a empty cover. . I don't know the procedure to appeal for that. But now I am aware of this. I want my product which was sent through your stupid trackon courier. The seller has told me that it should be reached to my hands before 14th February. If you won't deliver it to me before that, you will serious consequences.

As mentioned, first flight courier service website shows that my courier is delivered, but I haven't received it till date. I called them and they are not responding at all. My courier includes my PAN card which is very sensitive subject. must help!!

i had sent one courier through first flight courier service from chennai (choolaimedu) to sreekaryam (trivandrum) on 8th dec 2012. When i verified the consignment number on 12th dec it shows that courier status had been hold on party transfer. When i asked the consignee she told that no courier has yet been came there. I had contacted courier office in chennai as well as trivandrum approximately (10 ph nos), they replied that you should contact the respective branch courier, but no response from the ph no: they given.

Sir,

A courier was sent to me on 3rd Feb-14 and till date 10-02-14 i didnt recieve the same. And when enquired about the same from their customer care they give a very rude response and couldn't give any satisfatory answer. They are just giving different telephone numbers of their different branches but none of the branch accepted to have the package. I dont know where my package is now.

.This is not right way to say like... its very important courier, my Booking date is 8 MAY, Still I am Not received .
