[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Service — Consignment not received

Dear Sir,

We regret in informed you that, we have handed over one docket consists of Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, Shipping Advice, Quality Test Report addressed to Mr.Abbas FurnitureWala, Element Middle East LLC, Dubai, U.A.E, to your staff Mr.Rajan, on 04.12.09 at 5.00 Pm. Till now we have not received the P.O.D No. He requested us to wait a day to find out the same.

When we called your staff him on 05.12.09 for AWB No, he is not provoiding the same. On Monday he informed that he lost the whole dockets somewhere. Though, we were quite shocked to hear this, we gave him sufficient time to search out and find the docket. But till today he could not find the same.

Hence we bring this to your kind notice for further action. We would also like to inform that, any consequence, due to bare of this docket, may have to be borne to you.

I am Arif Qureshi, my brother has dispatched an consignment ( FR0025420 documents) through firstflight on 14 Dec 2009.

As per their international transit calculator, it should reach to me at Jeddah, KSA on 19 Dec 2009.
Tracking status is still showing 15 dec status "In transit" and no one from firstflight is replying to my call.

Its very importent document and I need urgently, I need atlest detail where is my shipment.

My consignment number is A22206540 dispatched by Sumathi Marketing Co. Hyderabad on 16-12.09 The onliine status says that it has been delivered on 18-12.09 but I have still not received it. I enquired with my company mail room and they have not received any such first flight courier on my name.

I need the complete details of the status of this consignment. Who delivered it and who received it if at all it was delivered.

hi this is abhay i am applying for a PAN card on 25th january after that i am receiving a SMS that my pan card has been dispatched on 01 Feb 2010
but it is not delivered on my mentioned address which i full fill on the pan form. i am always receiving any kind of mails or couriers on my mentioned address but as per your records the address is insufficient, and its gone back to origin.
so please tell me what can i do now for finding my courier back please guide me.
