I have purchased a lg lcd monitor tv model no. m237wa and sRL nO. 909NLTR003073 on date[protected]. during the above period there was an offer/scheme from LG that one free dth connection of airtel. i had been sent all its requested documents alongwith a DD for Rs. 199/- to concerned on date[protected]. In view of the above the product has not been issued/supplied by LG till date. i also requested/approched to the toll free nos of LG coustomer care, my repeted quiries approches unfoutunatily their are not consider/reponse provide the same .please help me sir.

have a legal notice sent to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. at 3rd Floor, Chandra Bhawan, 67-68, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. I have heard that upon receipt of Legal Notices, the company has delivered the set-top boxes to the customers!!!
