[Resolved] Freecharge.in — the company charged extra money for the coupons delivery but did not send the coupons | |||
i recharged my cell from freecharge.in of amount rs.150 and ordered 3 coupons of mcdonalds of denomination rs.50.the mcdonals coupon of offer which is valid till 31st july 2011. i did not recieve my delivery till now and the delivery time period of 7 days are over.for the coupons i paid rs.10 extra. details of my recharge: RAHUL JAIN ORDER ID: 3172729 MB.NO : [protected] RECHARGE DATE: 16/06/2011 RECHARGE AMOUNT: RS.150 RECHARGE MOBILE NUMBER: [protected] TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED: 150 FOR RECHARGE+10 FOR COURIER CHARGES = RS.160 I ordered 3 coupons of mcdonalds for which the company charged me rs.10 but i did not recieve any coupon. i request you to send me all the coupons.
