Sir, While recharging my vodafone number i.e; [protected] in www.freecharge.in there is a power cut takes place in my house. After conform the money in my account, money was deducted in my account worth Rs:-98/-. But till now i did not received any mail with transaction id and also my recharge was also not successful. I am bharath. I recharge my mobile number i.e:[protected] yesterday with Rs:30/- via freecharge.in with order ID:10319623. I get the mail as unsuccessful recharge but i am not get money back.so please refund my money as long as possible...
I am recharged my vodafone mobile number with ID:10328605 and 10319623 each with Rs:30/- & Rs:30/- on Jan-19 and Jan-20. But till now i am not getting the recharge amount and also the money. So please kindly check my order and please refund my amount.
I tried to recharge my phone with Rs. 400 online this whole week. but every time its sending me the same messages "recharge unsuccessful".
I even register a complaint about it in its : http://support.freecharge.in/ but got no response. these guys have this strange policy they do not return your money to your account from where you have made payment they show your money in this stupid FC account. you can't get your money back. I came across are so many complaints I wonder such sites still exits.
