[Resolved]  Futurebazaar — ALMOST TWO MONTHS NO REFUND OF PAYBACK POINTS

On 26 January i placed an order ([protected]) of an induction cooker and a laptop cooler from future bazaar using my 14500 Payback points. i was supposed to receive the products by 7 days. when i did not receive my products on 14 Feb i called customer service and they told me they will update me by 16th feb. on feb 17th i called them again as there was no feed back from them and i was told the products which i ordered were not available but the products were still on sale on their website. when i asked them why they did not inform me when the products were not available and i had to wait for 20 days to know that the items were not available they had no answer. so i asked them to cancel my order and refund my Payback points so that i can buy directly from big bazaar using the points. they said i have to wait for 10 days for the points to be credited. since that day i have not received my points , i have been spending my money of calls to customer service and every time i am told it will be done in two days or will get back soon or a supervisor will contact me within one hour. and when ever i try to contact those supervisor they are never there to answer my complaint. the the answer is the person went on break or left the work early today. I am getting irritated with the Future Bazzar, i have been asking for a number to contact their higher management but they are not providing.

Future Bazaar / Zen Stone Plus Mp3 Player — Free gift not provided.

I had placed an order for Creative Zen Stone Plus 2GB Mp3 Player vide Buyer’s Order No: [protected] dated: 14.09.2008. At the time of placing an order there was an offer of free gift (Creative Zen Stone Plus Skin) on the site which prompted me to purchase the product. The gift is costing around Rs.700/-.
However while sending the product, they have not given the free gift. When I inquire, they said they cannot give the free product and in it place they are providing a gift voucher of Rs. 200/.
I feel cheated by their behavior because
(i) they have not provided a gift product of Rs.700 and given a gift voucher of Rs.200 only.
(ii) The gift voucher will only be valid if I again make a purchase from them only by one month. This means I cannot make use of the gift voucher for purchasing anything from others except future bazaar and the purchase has to be made in one month.
I need clarification.

Big Bazaar Ameerpet, Bakery — No proper Chef in Bakery

We stay side to Ameerpet Big Bazaar, its very bad experiance to buy any bakery product from bakery ameerpet big bazaar.Its not only the first time we faced, since from six to seven months the product and the quality has been worest.Last month my son suffered from wometting after consuming the Pizza, pasrty and puffs from bakery, and it seems that day the pastry was spoilled my son has tried two variety of pastry but it was spoiled.and the chef has given the money back, we stopped goeing to bakery.Yesterday my friend has gifted me a plum cake, i never had in my life, Its good to buy things road side but not in Ameerpet big bazar.If the management is transferring the staff please provide a good chef in place of him.The main chef who has opeaned the bakery here was a very good chef and in nature also. We used to enjoy in festivals time also, and according to the festivals he used to meke things and, he used to make things apart from the menu what u have now.After him another chef came but no use he spoilled things and taste too.Right now a tin fair chef is their he is totally dummy he is fit for nothing, he has no manner to speak. No taste in cookies pastry breads pizza.The pizza what he is makeing not even a dog can eat that. I am sorry to say that word, its not only me each and every people who stay in our apartment and our surroundings say the same.Now no one goes to bakery to eat something.
When my son was admitted every one supossed to trash the bakery but i stopped them all. Future Bazaar — Not delivered even after 20 days of order processing

I placed an order at Future Bazaar making the payment through credit card and recieved a mail saying the order is processed and even after 20 days of the processing of order i have not recieved the order. Future bazaar executive called me up asking me to confirm whether i have recieved the order or not. he didnt even bother to wait to hear the reply. Its pretty clear from the way the executive has talked to me that the order is not yet dispatched and he was just bluffing to check whether the order was dispatched or not. I think that future bazaar is the last place to do shopping

Accordingly, the verification details were requested from you. The credit card details were erroneously asked instead of your bank account details in the verification mailer sent to you. We realized that the offer price of the product was erroneously mentioned as Rs.3, 250/- and hence the order was cancelled on 29/04/2009. Big Bazaar / Liberty Bed — Damaged bed not being replaced.

Dear Sir

I have purchased a liberty bed from Big Bazar, VIP Road, Kolkata.
That bed was damaged when delivered at my address, and I complained to
Mr. Primal Saha a dept manager. Many time i contacted to him and other
person at BIg bazar to replace the damaged portion.

They have neither replaced the bed nor responding me now.
It has been more than 5 month, so please do needful and take necessary
action to replace that immediately.

Futurebazaar — Order not delivered in 7 days.

This is to share my ever worst experience of online shopping came with Future bazaar.



I placed my order (order no. [protected]) on 7th Oct 09 and till 14th Oct 09 there was no delivery of the product. When I called customer support then they came to know that there was some error when I placed my order. It means no one was aware whether there was any error or not and if I would have not called for next 20 days also then no one would have taken care about the error, while the money was transferred from my credit card same day.



And executive whom I talked told me that rectification of error will take 48 hours and then after rectification of error order will be dispatched to me. It means previous 7 days wasted and then 9 days more will it will take for the product to reach upto me. It includes 16 days process.
Dear Mr. Tyagi,

This is with reference to the order number [protected] for 'LG MG 396 WA Microwave Oven' placed on www.ezone.futurebazaar.com on 7th October 2009.

The above order was processed for dispatch however the ordered product was found defective at the time of dispatching the same from our warehouse. Additional time was required to arrange fresh stocks of the ordered product and hence an alternate product ‘ Samsung G273V 20L Grill Microwave ’ was offered to you on 14th October 2009.

As per our discussion, the approval for the alternate product was received from your end on 14th and a replacement order was placed accordingly on the same day. The order for the alternate product was processed on priority and was dispatched via Aramex Courier airway bill number [protected]. The alternate product was delivered at the shipping address on 15th October 2009 and the same was confirmed over the phone on 16th October 2009.

Let us assure you that what happened in your case is not typical of our level of customer service. We are truly sorry about the inconvenience caused to you with respect to the above order. With confidence that you would give us second chance to prove ourselves we apologize once again for the entire episode.

Big Bazaar Chain — no entry in the store as a student

i am a student..
we had visited the metro mall ..situated in kalyan ..we are total 10 students ..we go there for buying football on 11th June 2010 Friday around 12..at bigbazar .
but they had refuse us to send inside the store as we are students .
They told us as we are entering the stores we have to make the bill of atleast 1000 rs.
100 rs each per person .or we have to give 500 rs to the bagage counter .
and they are started raising their voice ..

Futurebazaar — Cheaters Bar

I Brought a samsung laptop through future bazar using my credit card. While placing order there a offer like MTS Data card free. after calling them 5 - 6 times they were telling that no free data card with laptop.

really this is cheaters bazar....

Futurebazaar India Ltd. — Non-receipt of Order

I had ordered and apparel (Order No. [protected]) from Futurebazaar India Ltd., on 6th August '10 and accordingly made payment of Rs. 200/- vide cheque no. 950648 dtd 6.8.10 through ICICI Bank towards the purchase.

Futurebazaar India Ltd., has encashed the cheque. However, till date I have not received the apparel ordered for.

It seems that Futurebazaar India Ltd., is a fraud company and after several calls made to them by me and false promises of delivery within the next 7 days or 72 hours I conclude that customer's should resist from falling prey to such companies.

They are neither permitting me to purchase another good of the same value.

Let me confirm that the said order was registered with us via Cheque / DD mode of payment and the amount was also received at our end. However in the interim period due to an overwhelming response the stock for the product "Annabelle Women’s Formal Top, Navy, XL" was exhausted. We have tried arranging the product from our upcountry warehouse and vendors however the same could not be arranged and hence the order had to be canceled.

We have gone ahead and refunded the amount charged to you for the order. As per the confirmation from our bankers, the refund cheque has already cleared and the amount has been transferred to your account.

Let me assure you that we treat issues like this very seriously and will take corrective measures to avoid such unpleasant incidence in future. Your satisfaction is one of our primary concerns and I apologize once again for the entire incidence.

I purchased one laptop from future bazara. But after 5 days of order confirmation they told order is cancelled. Even after confirming the cancel they did not return money till now (their customer service told it will be done within next 48 hrs) after 4 days of cancellation. when i called them they told it is not been inititated till now. Dont know what to do next.
