I have booked a complaint bearing No. 293030. After lodging the complain, I have contacted with your Service Provider Mr Sanjay Das (M/s Technocare) whose behaviour is not tolerable and his attitude is not acceptable at all. Mr Das talked with me with bad manner and told me that he is unable to provide his service and also tole me for lodging a complaint against him. However, I am holding a good position in New India Assurance company Ltd. I cannot think about his attitude and behaviour. I am thinking that I will lodge a complaint before Consumer Protection Forum as also release the same in daily press. I shall be grateful if you kindly arrange to send your technician immediately from another service provider not from Technocare. I solicit your kind intervention in the matter. I am also eagerly awaiting your kind response otherwise I will think about it.

I have purchased a washing machine from vijay sales, surat. Purchase date:29/07/2012.The machine started give us problem since 14/10/1012, I lodged a complain, there was no response.A executive came and visited after 2 days, he told that there is a problem in motor. It needs to be replaced, as it is not available in the company;but 9 days passed out since we have lodged a complaint. As per telecon had with you where you clearly mentioned that you will allow 40% discount on spares apart from service charges which already waived.
Rs.800 + Rs.125.00 = Rs.925.00 less 40% ( Rs.925.00 - Rs.370.00) = Rs.555.00
Total amount to be paid Rs.555.00
If you consider(THOUGH I REQUESTED FOR 50% LESS ON SPARES APART FROM SERVICE CHARGES) then you can send by today otherwise from tomorrow we'll not be available for four days.

Estimate is 1275/- ( 350/- service charge, 800/- timer, 125/- for evap pan)

This has reference to the discussion undersigned had with your Mr. Rohit Raj yesterday over phone regarding the expenses. He told me that SERVICE CHARGES WILL NOT BE TAKEN AS A SPECIAL CASE AND FOR THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF PARTS 40% DISCOUNT WILL BE ALLOWED ON THAT . SO THE AMOUNT BECOMES

I requested 50% discount at least on the Parts and not to charge any amount as service charge.
Today Your technician telephoned and told me I'll have to pay Rs. 750.00 WHY THE AMOUNT WILL DIFFER FROM THE AMOUNT TOLD OVER TELEPHONE AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
Please do the needful at the earliest possible AND ENSURE THAT IT IS PROPERLY DONE BY A SKILLED TECHNICIAN..

In response to your mail I would like to let you know that DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE ORIGINAL POINT OF VIEW.
First and Foremost : It was earlier mentioned that on that day your technician came without prior information though it was requested you at the time of lodging complaint to inform over phone before coming for inspection.
Secondly : When your technician came in evening neither me nor my wife was in house . However your person inspected the refrigerator during that time my wife came house and telephoned me and I personally talked to that person HE HIMSELF DECLARED OVER PHONE THAT HE HAD NOT CARRIED OUT ANY WORK , ONLY INSPECTED.
Last but not least : As your technician declared that he did not do any work SO THE CLAIM OF PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGE DOESN'T ARISE. Not only that he did not want also any amount. I DO HAVE DOUBT THAT WHEATHER HE IDENTIFIED THE ORIGINAL FAULT OR NOT BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION HE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED FOR WHICH WE'RE SUFFERING.
