hathway cable service — No connection from last week

I am from Pune Kothrud..i have taken hathway digital cable set top box from Quality Cables last week but noboby has come to connect the connection insipte of calling them each n every day..please do consider this complaint seriously.

i m regular customer of hathway since last one month the service is not proper after requesting number of times to the people of organisation there is no response

I am also facing same problem.

Im writing from Chandigarh (Village Dhanas Near PGI) and my name is TULSI DASS working in ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD. For the past 10 days my TV connection is not working and i have told to cable opratioer regarding this isshue, in spite of my repeated requests in the morning and evining daily for the past ten days he has't given the least attention to my complaint. i am a customer of himself since two year. i would be highly ovliged i[censored] will kindly look into this complaint and do the needful immediately.

Miserable and highy irresponsible customer care

The cable TV (setup box) is not receiving signals for more than last 1 week . After hundereds of call to customer care, 1 technican ( Named Sunil ) has finally appeared, but when he disapperared, after 1 hour same problem continues and when calling to customer care, main line found dead .

Please note that I have paid 12 months rent in advance and want the refundable amount or probems to be solved immediately

Very bad experience...harassment by collection agent Sachin (Reports to one Ketan) for connection charges not paid by previous tenant!

He drops in after every 2 months and says that he had cut the connection and I reconnected it!

Next he says that previous tenant had not paid so he cut mine!

Then he tries to bully by saying he will cut again (Which I say, please do!)!

Which DTH should I take, Tata / Big / Airtel? Kindly advise as I will buy TODAY!

I agree. These are miserable people, once you get hooked to cable TV you are at their mercy . Unfortunately in Inda ; we can;t sue these thugs. I am from Pune. These people are very rude when I ask them why they are not showing ESPN ty since last 2 months

HATHWAY broad band is a horrible service provider. it took them 4 days to restore a lost conection.
thought hey quote quiet no of reasons .. its one ISP no one using net conection for busienss needs shoudl entertain.
HORRIBLE conection. HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
we are all filing at consumer court. my advise to all, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HATHWAY BROADBAND. PARTICULARLY IN HYDERABAD.

I am fortunate to have read this comments here. I too am a Hathway sufferer. I have been giving calls to the Hathway Person (Kiran) bangalore, Tinfactory Address, to come & make a cable connection to my newly shifted home, but he is been dodging me since last 1 week now.

I Feel as if i am his customer.

If this is the case now, then what will it be after i take the connection from him.

2 MTHS BACK I HD TKN HATHWAY SETUP BOX CONNECTION, BECAUSE CABLE OPERATOR TOLD TO GET FR GET ALL SIGNAL BUT TILL YET NT RECEIVING TEN CRICKET CHANNEL, I HD DONE SO MANY CALL, 1 PERSON CAME BUT PRBLM NOT SOVLE YET.

Hell, I am arvind Jha from Borivali, Mumbai. I agree that many channels are blocked by the cable provider without any reasons and their representatives lie blatantly.

Hataway working on monopoly, we should just start disconecting cables there sub dealers are very rude people, that will surely make them realise that they cant make consumer suffer always.

Have a Hathway Cable Connection. The cable does not work and there is no reply from the Local service provider. Their offices at Bangalore say there are not connected and to contact the Local service provider. At the time of giving connection, they talk of big and when the problem comes, no body comes into the picture. The SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND VERY BAD.

I shifted my residence from delhi to Faridabad but cable service provider to purchase new modem your old modem is not working in Faridabad . pl solve the problem that is right or wrong. rgds batra

I requested set up box when I have shifted my home, After 100 times follow up I got the set up box which was dead (not working) for a 3 weeks. once it started to work, able to see only few channels.
with poor signal. Now from last two month I am able to see only 2 news, 2 Marathi and 2 movies channels. I called thousand time to local service provider but he is not picking up the call.
I am suggesting, please do not select HATHWAY as a cable service.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER, DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. NO USE OF CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS.
