[Resolved] Hcl / Toshiba Laptop — No Proper Service in HCL - Coimbatore | |
I have purchased Toshiba A80 model laptop serial number 16212243K which has Combo drive I have ordered for upgrade of DVD writer on 27/12/2008 and even made a full amount of Rs 5700 towards it on 27/01/2009 but till today 19/03/2009 there is no proper replay and i did not get the DVD drive till date i have attached the invoice bill also with this mail.. This incident has happened in HCL Service Center - Race Course Road - Coimbatore Dear All, Please be caution at the time of Laptop Service since many malpractice the service engineer is doing... We wish to inform that we are sent one on Computer Monitor Serial No 4064 AZ060444 to M/S Hari infosystem, madurai for servicing.Till now they are not sent our monitor after repairing and also they are not response our phone calls.We are authorised dealer for vodafone, pepsi, lays in aruppukottai.They are not respons so we are pruchased one acer make computer.So please kindly arrange to service our mointor and sent back to us they same after servicing at the early. Please note they daily we are affecting our business due to this. Your immediate action in this regards is highly appreciated.
