Sir, 31/05/2009 i have recharge with hdfc bank online prepaid mobile refil that time debit my account 55.00 amount but till now mobile note credit for this 55 amount i called reliance customer care he told him no recharge historical data but till not credit this rs.55 amount. very bad service provide in HDFC BANK. I recharged my Airtel GSM [protected] with hdfc bank online prepaid mobile refil IRS 444.00 on[protected] and[protected]. Both transictions are showing recharge successful and amout also deducted from my saving account but my mobile was not top up with these amounts.

I did a mobile recharge for the number [protected] for 250rs on the 25th of jan 2013 through HDFC PREPAID REFILL - NET BANKING. It has already been 3 days but not yet received the recharge amount. Kindly credit the amount back.
