[Resolved] Hindustan Lever's PureIT Water Purifier — Bad / No service support from the company | |
I am Vijay Anandh, bought and using pure it water purifier for the 1 year. For battery replacement I have placed requests for so many times by calling their customer support number which was provided by them. But I am not get any response from any of the person in the customer support / battery distribution department. I am really vexed up by placing my requests several times. Till now I haven't got the battery replacements. This shows their bad attitude towards the customers. I will /going to inform all my collegues & friends, and also will advice them not to buy this poor customer support Hindustan Lever pure it water purifier. Was this information helpful? | |

Very sorry to inform and i am really heart towards the attitude of service department . I have complained no of times for premature expiry of battery kit.On customer care no and local dealer.
I have a strong feeling that the product is sold by the sales people by giving a false and totally wrong advertisement .
. Firstly the service people do not visit the customer and send the report that the complain is attended
.
Next it says that there is no electricity require for using this product. However it worked out to be Rs 5 per day for me as battery has expired prematurely
.
It is now clear that it is more expensive than using electricity device.
. Worst is the response from senior customer care people .They arrogant and treat the customer as illiterate.
I am sure with this attitude of the company, the company will soon fail in selling this product as mouth publicity is spreading a bad image of the company and the product .

complaing from two days no one is coming for service...
I vikas too placed order for germ kill but got no response my no. is [protected]..
I have 23 Ltrs capacity pure It .There are two types batteries being used on pure it . There filtering capacities are 1500 Ltrs and 3000 Ltrs. I went agent/shopkeeper at Uttam Nagar Shewne Pune. I asked for battery, he given me only 1500 Ltrs battery . I called customer care but they not bother to talk to me.Is there no customer care officer/ clerk available in West zone ? Should I think your service is like this and suggest others think twice before taking your service? 3000 Ltrs filtering battery can be installed or not .
