HI, I have ordered to Home shop18 for Megaslim flask. Than i have received defected product than after again i have requested for replacement for the same product. I have received but flask not working as told executive and not good quality, than I have again race a complaint to homeshop 18 for replacement for the same product than again i have received defected pic. Than again i requested for replacement for the same and I send the same to the company but still I have not received the good quality of product. I want my product and compassion .....

Home Shop18 — Product not delivered,& harras an cheated by company

I ordered three items from Home shop18 witch is online shopping site on 22th Dec-11
my order no is[protected], Three product were one party wear reversible scarf stole, one shawl and one lather wallet. Out of three, two products have been delivered.
But third one Lather wallet is still not delivered to me. i have filed on line too many complaints but no one is gibing responce properly. i also contacted customer care by phone, reply is, we are trying to dispatch it,
Every time they are harassing me.

I also have the same problem. I was ordered for Tech-Com SSD - 354 40 Mega pixels Web cam but I received the item & I found Tech-Com SSD - 350 40 Mega pixels Web Camera so I call to homeshop18 but they did not replace the product.
