[Resolved] Home Town Bangalore — Really bad services

I had ordered a Godrej Slimline Steel Cupboard from Home Town, Marathalli, Bangalore about 23-1-.2010. The delivery was delayed by 3 days against the promised date. A fitter from Home town came the next day and worked on it for more than 2 hours finally admitting that he was unable to do the job. After he left, I also found about 3 dents on the metal parts. The next day I personally went to Home Town and informed what happened. They promised to look into it, but haven't got back and the cupboard is still lying at home in pieces. Home town i do have the same problem in delivery and installation, poor response from the support.
not a right place to buy if you are looking for a quality service in installation and delivery.

yes, I agree to this, hometown bangalore are the biggest cheats and should shut their show rooms

Worst service no respect over customers.
Pls dont buy products from home town.
You will never expect the product on time there will be almost 15 days delay.
Even after they charge delivery expense.
