[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Wrong product

I have placed order with Homeshop18 inspite of all the bad reviews which i have read at this site and others too i did this after reading their responses on all the queries which are posted and thinking it might be one of those complaints cases and not in general bad service from homeshop18 since it is connected with such a huge name of network18. But after i received by order ; i have to say i am disappointed. I believe network18 has another channel CNBC AWAZ ; they can have a one full show on all the number of complaints which Homeshop18 gets.

i have rasied the complaint on Homeshop18 site too ..my order # is[protected]. I have received wrong product.

I regret to inform you that I think I have made a big mistake by sending you a letter of appreciation for the products purchased by me from Homeshop 18.
On receipt of your email on 17th November 2009 , after writing a letter of appreciation , I had booked from Homeshop 18 website the following :
1. Anjali LX Fry Pan 240MM , Product Code : 39719 , HS18 : Rs 599/-, Color : Grey, Size : 240 MM, Type : Non Stick, Thickness : 3 mm, Material : Aluminium , Handle : Bakelite.

2. Anjali LX Roti Tawa 285MM,Product Code : 39717,HS18 : Rs 517/-, Color : Grey, Size :285MM, Thickness : 3 mm, Material : Aluminium , Handle : Bakelite

On 23rd November 2009 , I received the following wrong product as against my order no :[protected] An ANJALI Low Calorie Cookware Fry Pan VX Series (without a lid) . This product has been manufactured in December 2005 .
As per the ANJALI Low Calorie Cookware Fry Pan VX Series packaged box clearly states that the box contents are One unit with Lid (surprising this box does not contain a fry pan lid and also the frypan does not appear to be of 3 mm thickness)

Once again Homeshop18 has goofed up in sending the correct product,

It seems that Homeshop18 is all out in the market to fool customers and to dump old, obsolete and wrong products to its buyers.

Please get the wrong product supplied under Order No :[protected] picked up by your courier from my premises, followed by quick replacement of the right product (Anjali LX Fry Pan 240MM , Product Code : 39719 , HS18 : Rs 599/-, Color : Grey, Size : 240 MM, Type : Non Stick, Thickness : 3 mm, Material : Aluminium , Handle : Bakelite.) as ordered by me.

I got call from homshop18 manager. It was nice to know that they care about the problem. I will keep you all updated when finally the problem is solved. I have updated my complaint and feedback on their site.
I have got my correct product. they have resolved by issues with in a week, Rashi it was gr8 working with you. You were a gr8 help.

Dont rely on Homeshop18.com, I have ordered Synthetic sandal ón 05-Nov-2014 (Order #:[protected] and i got delivered about 15-Nov. When i open the box it's completely wrong product what i asked, The size they given very small and the color is different. I raise the complaint on same day (Complaint number #[protected], now close to 1 month they didn't give any response, i have called them at l2 times, every time they are saying you will get call within 24 hrs, but not even getting single call.

Once they got money they never care about consumer, I request you don't rely on Homeshop they are partially cheat. i mean when you get right product then you are lucky else forget about your valuable money.

I faced the same issue in FlipKart but they respond within 2 days. But i am not recommending FK, but please don't go for Homeshop18.

we asked for a refund of the postal charges of sending the berg roti maker to your new delhi office..here is the scanned copy of the speed post receipt.kindly refund the charges as soon as possible.
