SIR, I HAVE ORDERED NON STICK COOK WARE FROM THE ABOVE .THEY HAVE DELIVERED DAMAGED ,BROKEN PRODUCT OF DIFFERENT MAKE THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER WHO TOOK CASH .THE CUSTOMER CARE FROM HOME SHOP -18 WERE CONSULTED ON PHONE AND GOOD WERE RETURNED ON 01/09/2010. BUT HOME SHOP -18 NEITHER REPLACING NOR RETURNING THE CASH (RS 2000/-). I AM ENCLOSING THE SPEED POST RECEIPT.
