[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — payment is cleard but still shows outstanding

sir,
ihave two credit cards of hsbc wrongly when i made payment in oct 2007 i have put same crdit card no. in both cheques. from there problem creats because co. never send stetement of accont after some time bank call me and told me that my payment is outstanding i have told that i have already makes the payment and gives him my cheque no. statement of my bank account after that they told that i will bring the scaned copy of my cheque from my icici bank account from where cheque has been cleared. i brought the scaned copy of that cheque . Than I come to know whats the problem after that I meet with mr rajesh in noida branch . he is settelment officer. he see my case and he told me that he make waiver of my all charges and i should makes payment of 10000/- . i will agree on it and make payment in cash on same day they have issued me a settelment letter which shows that my account becomes nill outstanding from that day. but still i got calls from bank for recover I meet with mr rajeh every month they assure me every month that case will closed in this mont but still all are waist. after that i got i email address of bank . imake mail to him discription are of that mail is as follows

when ithe isseue comes in my knlowlede i have to meet you bankers me rajesh in noida branch they have looks the matter after seeing the problem of case they setteled my case in rs. 10000/- on 2nd january 2008. They told me that they are going to waiver my all charges late paymen etc . and they have issued me noc as a clearance of my account .I have the noc certificate which is issued by uer noida branch collection center. I have deposited the amount of rs. 10000/- in your branch at same day. but after that ur not cleared my account and still showing outstandings. so I request you to please waiwed my outstandings and cleared my account .and showw that 0 balance out standing . if you demand i can send you the copy of noc.

as per your reply I have make call 0n no.[protected] three times in a day they have told me that they are unable to do any thing and he gives me a no. of mr kamal his no .is [protected] I call on this no. but no bodies is picking this no. Than can u suggest me what should I do now .

I have alredy told you that me rajesh in your noida branch collectin center is setteled my case on 2nd january2008 . His phone no is [protected].

I am sending you a scaned copy of my settelment letter.

so please do needful soon I wants my accounts clear so please make my account clear and waived my all outstandings and makes my outstanding as a zero balcance

which no. are given by your chain of peoples to whom I talk . makes mail to you but i am sorry to say to this that your employees are too much unprofessinls that he cant be able to closed my account now its my last mail to you so after this mail if any bodies make harrase by or on behalf of you company than i have no other option that I will take legal action against you.
so please its my request to you that please clear my account and makes it o balacne outstanding as your promise, which is issued buy your authoriesd person.

HSBC Credit Card — Outstanding Payment

I have written so many mails that I am not using the credit card since july'07 and I have paid the outstanding of the same in the month of august'07. HSBC has tie-up with TATA AIG Insurance co., without informing to me they have debited some premium amount from Aug'07 onwards on my cards and yet to send me the statement of the same. I have not received any Insurance Policy Documents from TATA Aig. In the month of November'07 regularly follow-up with the Executives of TATA Aig I could found my policy no. and requested them to cancell the same and credited the premium amount to my HSBC card. In the month of NOvember'07 TATA AIG executive had cancelled the policy and assure me that they have credited the premium amount to my Card. After that I have regulary recevie the message from HSBC that the sum amount is pending reg. the premium amount of that policy which is cancelled in the month of November'07. They are harassing me.

This statement i have recieved, when i was paid the amount in the month of march on 25-03-08, before the due date, in the month of mar to Apr 08 statement it showing purchase charges Rs 1914/- and not deducted in the next statement.

With in the three months from Rs10300/- to Rs 165000/- almost Rs 6000/- all charges, it is to high from the private finance, if i have taken Rs 10, 000/- @ of 5% for three months intrest Rs 1500/- or 10% RS 3000/- for three months.
With your tariff sheet 2.95% intrest and late pament charges Rs 400/- p/m so total intrest for three months Rs 900/- and Rs 1200/- = Rs 2100/ toatal amount for the three months, in the statment Rs 6000/- it is to high charges which is charging.
My credit Amount is Rs 15000/-, loan on phone taken 12 instalment loan evry mont Rs 671/- and Rs 352/- which is adding in every month statement.
My requisting kindly reduce the hiden charges, do some thing in my faver, total amount i will be pay in 2 instalment.
i done some mistake not paid before the due date, next time never happen i will be paid before the due date.
My requisting to you kindly mail me how much i have to pay total amount. I hope for positive repply from your side.

HSBC Credit Card — outstanding

Sir,
A credit card no [protected] was issued to my name in year 2005 and it was cancelled in Aug'06. A few days back I received a call from your bank that an outstaning of Rs. 15, 000 on me.
For your kind information, this card was NEVER used and at the time of issuing the card i aws assured that it had been free of any type of charges.
The details of due amount (15, 005) is please send to me as THE CARD WAS NEVER USED.
I request you to kindly send us the Statement of my account for the month of October 2008, and also kindly send the every month stataement to my mail ID. Kindly do the needful.

Sir,

I am an addon card holder from Vadodara and I am getting n number of calls from your recovery dept. even from banglore, hyderabad, mumbai and India for repayment of dues of my primary card holder. In fact I tries to convince them this is not my dues and as I am staying in different house than the primary card holder you better talk to the primary card holder though still they are calling my number for the same. SO, Please do the needfull by not making calls to my number at all

HSBC Credit Card — Outstanding due to policy

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference with the credit card no [protected].
From last 4 years there is dispute due to the TATA AIG policy (MRP[protected]) on my credit card. After getting the papers of the policy I request for the cacellation of the policy at customer care but they were not taking the request for the cancellation. The very next day I stop using this card for any shopping after clearing all my dues. After so many reminders & written communication bank has cancealled the policy but not reverse the outstanding due to the policy.

Current outstanding (Rs. 78000) is only due to the TATA AIG policy(MRP[protected]) on the credit card.


I have all communication that took place while canceallation of the policy.
