I had taken a loan for purchase of my car for Rs. 50, 000/- in the year 2005, Bike Registration number is RJ08 0908. But i have not yet received the "No Due Certificate" from the bank, I know it is very late now, but i have to sale my Bike & still in the RC HP is registered so i can not sale.

I had approached the CITI bank many times, since I do not know the Loan Account number so I had shown the bank statement, RC, PAN No., Telephone number of that time, but they are saying they are unable to trace the Loan A/c number.
