I am a resident of Sivapuri, Malkajgiri. This is to inform the concerned officials that the supply of drinking water to our area is very erratic. The last supply was on 21/1/2008 and it is 5 days since we received water. There is hardly any ground water in our area and hence most of the residents depend only on the municipal water supplied once in three days. Of late, even this supply is very erratic and we are not aware of the timings of the water.

I have noticed that there is a leakage in one of the pipes at Chanakyapuri area (where the Anandbagh water tank is located for distribution to the surrounding localities). This leakage is still not repaired and precious water is getting wasted for the last one and a half months. Inspite of repeated complaints from the residents of Chanakyapuri, no proper efforts have been taken by HMWSSB till date because of which other residents are put into difficulties.

I request the officials to take immediate steps and do the needful.

My earnest appeal to all the residents is that .... Water is precious.....please save it and dont ever waste it.

Sir, I live in Begumpet & get water supply - CAN: 062435666 ; 7-1-22/2 Begumpet. Hyderabad 500016.
I pay my water bills regularly at E-Seva. From the past bills from August 2008 to April 2009 - details given below it will be seen yhe Bill amounts have come down about 1/4 from late last year:

August 2008 - Rs.2332
September 08 Rs.1368
October 08 Rs. 1396
November 08 Rs. 1206
December 08 Rs.1072

It is clearly seen that you are now supplying almost 1/4 the quantity of water from what you were supplying in 2008.

I would like you to check the water supply pipe & clear the obstruction if any such that normal supply is resumed soon.
I have informed on telephoned Mr. Dasarath Reddy Dept G>M, Mr. Ramalu - Linesman & Mr. Laxminarayana about this matter & they have promised to send somebody to check the problem but unfortunately no body has turned up yet.
Please take necessary action as soon as possible so that we can enjoy normal supply of water.

no water supply in particular 01 house - Residence

Sir,
My name is satish bedi connection is on my fathers name Mr Ajit singh Bedi our residence address is house no 349 chatterpur village punjabi mohalla near Government dispensary chatterpur. contact no is 9899131591, 26806588.

From long duration we are facing problem of shortage of water supply for which mr ajit singh bedi also requested JE of that area .main problem analysed by me that lot of people near our house had taken connection from two sides which is illlegal & another 02 houses connection which is near to our water connection are using1.5 inch nipple direct in main line instead of standard ferrul connected by government aside to that lineman rajnikant of that area intentionally during supply do not open complete sluice valve to provide water supply.
and after several request to complaint centre situation is same .could you please get it rectified or please guide us who is right person.MLA, MP, PM WHOM SHOULD WE COMPLAINT OR CAN WE START GIVING BRIBE TO LINE MAN LIKE OTHER PERSONS OR DO ILLEGAL CONNECTION TO GET WATER.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE .

Sir, I am staying at Anand Bagh East area and we are facing severe water shortage problems.
I am writing this message in the hope that some good person will try to turn around these problems .

Some of the problems are man made and can be fixed easily and hope you will take some actions.
We are highly depenedent on muncipal water which comes ones in three days . We kindly request you to maintain some regularity in the timings . Also appreciate any help towards increasing the frequency .

Also as bore water has completely dried up. We are requesting Water tanker once in every two days. The tanker delivery person know the problems and they are trying to exploit the situation by demanding more money . Each time we are required to give him an additional Rs.50 and are very very rude in their behavior.

Do we really need to spend so much time thinking and pursuing for basic needs like water ?

I am a resident of Krishna Nagar Colony, Macha Bolarum which falls under Alwal Municipality. We are facing problems with supply of drinking water. We do not know the reasons, water board is releasing water in our locality in early hours between 2 am to 4 am once in four days, many people could not take the water as they are falling asleep at that time and all the fresh water is going into drainage. This is happening since last couple of months. We could fetch water once a week only, for which one person has to be awake round the night in turns, which is not advisable. And morever, drinking spoiled water ( a week old ) leads to contagious diseases.

Can you please look into the problem and take necessary action. At least, we should see the water supply is starting at 6 am.

We stay in H.No.653, BHEL LIG Colony, Bharathinagar, Ramachandrapuram Hydeabad-502 032 which comes under GHMC, Ramachandrapuram Municipality, Medak District and are facing acute water shortage in our lane for the last several years. We had been posing the issue to the authorities concerned but to no avail.
The following are my latest complaints:

In spite of all my efforts, there has been no action from any agency and our problem remains the same. Every agency blames other agency and no agency is coming forward to resolve our issue and we are suffering a lot.
We are compelled to use the BOREWELL daily resulting in excess payment of electricity bill. We have not even sublet our home, still facing the water crisis due to less supply of water with very low pressure.
The other residents in our lane those who are facing water crisis (in between H.No.650 to H.No.660) have also handed over the letters dt. 11.02.2009 to our society with a copy to the GHMC, Ramachandrapuram (sent by Regd.Post) but to no avail.
It may not be out of place to mention that the neighbours in the adjacent lanes are getting water supply with very good pressure and quantum and their overhead tanks are overflowing even without usage of motors. We do not get that much quantum even in the underground sump. All this is taking place due to lack of supervison of the concerned.

Erratic drinking water supply.

I am a resident of Sikh Village, Bearers Line (infront of Gandhi Nagar Slum). This is to inform the concerned officials that the supply of drinking water to our street is very erratic. We get the water once in three days i.e. 1 st day and 4th day. Some times, we get after 4 days and this is a regular feature. When we ask the concerned person for not supplying the water - the common reply is either pump is break down or no power etc.

There is hardly any ground water in our area and hence most of the residents depend only on the municipal water supplied once in three days. Of late, even this supply is very erratic.

For your kind information our adjacent street gets supply daily - understand that one day bore water and other day manjeera water.

I request the officials to take immediate steps and do the needful.

With refence to above CAN No. I Would like to bring a kind notice that, Since Sanction of the water supply connection my House No. in the bill is incorrect. i.e., H. No-8-4-390/8. Correct H No Is 8-4-390/2. . Please REFER your Sanction Letter.

yes. the water supply is not regular and we get the water in anandbagh area / vimala devi nagar area once in 5 days. as said, there is no ground water available in this locality and most of the residents depend on the municipal water supply. and there is no proper timings for the supply of the water.

it is requested to kindly regulate the water supply atleast once in two days and the supply may please be given either before 9, 00 am or after 6.30 pm please.

He says that he should be getting given an amount of Rs 100/- on a weekely basis from all the people (Houses) who are living in our locality or this problem will keep continuing till he is working in our locality. My Question is..., is he not being provided proper salary by the government for his duties ???????

Moreover, there is a government water tap located in our locality which has been connected to the person's house living besides it and the water works person has been given a hand full amount for it and the local people have to live without water..

We live in Sultan Bazar area (Kanda Swami Lane, Opposite to Kapadia Lodge) and the waterworks person who works in our area is names Satyanarayana.

We would be greatful to you if you can kindly to take a proper action against this situation.

Sir since four months we are getting drainage water in water taps i inquired near by houses they are also getting drainage water in taps. since four months we are making complaint at water works office near cancer hospital Banjarahills. they were attended for two to three times still they couldn't find solution. since four months we are depending on water tankers. kindly look into the matter seriously.

I am resident of H.No, 8-2-269/19/41/E/A Indiranagar Banjarahills hyderabad. since four months we are receiving drainage water in water taps. few of us complained against this problem for two to three time line men attended and conducted some digging work but there is no luck still we are receiving drainage water. kindly look into the matter seriously.

Not Maintaining Unique Time - HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE

Myself N. VINAY KUMAR is residing at Mirjalguda, Malkajgiri.
In my location the suppliers are not maintaining the timings for supply of water. They are giving as per their own timings.
Due to that we are getting trouble for filling the water.
Kindly instruct them to maintain a unique time.

No manjeera water for last 10 days - S Satyanarayana

In our Colony viz., manjira pipeline is available. Water is coming once in 10 to 15 days. All bore wells dried up.

Can something be said as to how to get water from Hyderabad Metro works?

155313 when contacted they said that water is given every day 3 times.

Further they said to contact line men at phone No.64620255. The line/No. rings and gets disconnected.

Another contact No. 9032000530 when tried, rings for quite some time and gets disconnected - saying that the person is beyond coverage area or not lifting the phone.

Please help.

Malkajgiri municipality sanctioned water connection to our apartment in 2001.From then we are paying water charges regularly.During 2002 they cnverted oyr 1/2" connection to 3/4" onpayment of Rs 1700.Upto March 2009 they took the water charges.Since march 2009 Malkajgiri circle not collecting water charges from apartments.How to pay the bills and how to get the connection number from hyderabad metropolitan water supply & sewerage board.Let me know how to process the same.

Sir, i am staying at 1-4-220/21, , SAINIK ENCLAVE, SAINIKPURI, SECUNDERABAD-094.I am a heart patient.and EX-serviceman. My water connection is from 2002.
For the last ONE YEAR, I HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND YOUR OFFICE AT SAINIKPURI CROSS ROADS FOR GETTING A CAN No.
I have deposited all the papers required. the REGN INWARD NO. is 855 DT.11-8-2010.Earlier also i had submitted all papers to the office at KAPRA MUNICIPALITY.and at your water works office at A.S.RAO NAGAR(behind radhika cinema, HOTEL PARIVAR)
But, everytime i enquire at your office at SAINIKPURI X ROADS, THEY INFORM, THE CAN No. is yet to arrive.
I had been to your water works office behind Radhika cinema(BEHIND HOTEL PARIVAR) also
But the staff are not knowing where the CAN No.s are.
But, your staff at KAPRA MUNICIPAL OFFICE SHOWED ME THE DETAILS OF HIS DESPATCH (THRO' COMPUTER) TO YOUR HQs.and informed me that HQs will despatch to the SAINIKPURI WATER WORKS THE CAN No.
Now, the staff at SAINIKPURI X ROADS ASK ME TO GO TO HQs AND CHECK UP
NOW WHAT FOR THESE OFFICES ARE THERE, ?At this age and with my health condition, i am not in a position to visit HQs at KHAIRATABAD.

PL. LOOK INTO THIS PERSONALLY AND HELP ME. I AM A EX-SERVICEMAN OF ABOUT 70 YEARS OLD.WITH A RECENT SURGERY OF HEART

Sir, I (Jyothi) am a resident of P.No.35B, Vimala Devi Nagar Extn. Sai Ram Nagar, Malkajgiri. I would like to inform you myself and my husband are working people. We used to get water particularly on working days and that too no proper time is not at all maintained. We find it very difficult to get water. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and try to release water on sundays giving way for all the working people.
