Bharuch I the undersigned Mr. Abdul Majeed Moosa Kalaniya, the owner of HYUNDAI Verna Fludic CRDi SX bearing vehicle No. GJ 16 BB 9228. I happen to purchase the said vehicle from Navjian Motor Plaza situated at Swaminarayan Temple, Zadeshwar Chokadi, NH No. 8, Bharuch, 392011, Gujrat dated[protected]. Tel.[protected] I, would like to inform you that, I planned my trip to Ajmer – Rajasthan with my family from Ankleshwar on 19/11/2012. On my way to Ajmer, all of a sudden front left-hand tyre bursted out and my skeeted. All the members of my family shattered into tears and still they are in grave shock. On giving a thorough check on the tyres, I happen to see bubbles erupted out on the rear tyre. Somehow, I changed the tyre and continued my journey. On my arrival, I took my car to the Navjian Motor Plaza and informed him about the untimely incident happened with me. They infact charged me Rs. 1350 on dated[protected] for the minor changes. Yesterday, on[protected] I reached Mumbai with my family and handed over my car to HYUNDAI Showroom, Modi Motors Agency Pvt. Limited, 27, Kirol Road, Sahani Compound, Indira Nagar, Near Railway Station, Vidyavihar West, Mumbai, Tel.[protected]/02 for the tyre replacement. They handed over the acknowledgement receipt and informed that they are going to inform the tyre manufacturer (Bridgestone). We even informed the authorized centre about the manufacturing date on the tyres as we didn’t find any embossed dates on the tyres. Apart from this they informed us that, they’ve received several complaint in this same regard and still working on it. We as a owner of the car have requested them for the complete replacement of all the tyres and they are giving us filthy reason of doing survey and all. My family member are insisting me to sell the car due to such terrible incident. I also own Mahindra XUV500 and Maruti Suzuki – Swift but never faced such kind of problem/ incident in my driving experience. I have invested 12 lacs on this Hyundai Verna and never expected such kind of service from Hyundai and its authorized service centres.
