[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

I had a credit card no.[protected] The payment made by me by chno.500453, Rs.1350/- drawn on ING VYSYA BANK. The cheque was dropped at your icici bank atm counter, DWARAKANAGAR, VISAKHAPATNAM ON 23/02/2009. But the payment not done by you. please look into the matter and kindly give suitable instructions to your dwarakanagar branch, vsp for prompt payment.

ICICI Bank Jabalpur Saving A / C — A/c Freezes without intimation

sir, my saving a/c[protected] was freezed for operation in July 08, without my knowledge or any intimation to me. Due to this a small cheque was dishonoured by them, whereas there was more than sufficient balance in my SB a/c, besides this they hv given me gold-card prevelege and and they hv declareed me as their PRIVATE BANKING CUSTOMER. Inspite of my such a high status in Bank, this treatment was intoreable. I Contected every known officer and consumer grievance div., but no body cared to reply till date. Thanks . ICICI Bank — INTEREST RATES

Hi Sir/ Madam...

ICICI bank offers normal interest rates on deposits. But the banks charges very high interest rates on loans... Why no action has been taken against this bank which is making people to struggle??

If compare ICICI bank interest rates with other banks interest rates on DEPOSITS is SIMILAR.
If compare ICICI banks interest rates with other banks interest rates on LOANS is VERY HIGH!

I even called up ICICI customer care to know the reason of charging high interest rates on loans, but they said its company NORMS & BANKING POLICIES!!!

what kind of policies that this bank is following up whereas no other banks are following??? Does the banking policies differ from bank to bank???

In regards to my credit card, I am holding credit cards of icicibank (i.e. big bazaar ) and my credit card no is ([protected]) on 6th of march 2009

I have made a payment of Rs. 3000 by net banking and my transition ID is MHDF[protected]-ICICI BANK CREDIT CA[protected] and

My account no. is [protected](hdfc bank).

And even now it’s not reflected in my statement can you please confirm whether you will received the payment or not because it’s already deducted from my account.

I am facing this type of problem second time last time my cheque is not cleared and this time through net banking facing the same problem I don’t now what to do

Because right now I am in Israel.

Please resole this issue as soon as possible.

My name is Ramesh Chandra Pandey from New Delhi. Around one month ago I got a call from one DSA situated in Karol Bagh near Jhandewalan. They promised me to offer a preapproved credit card since I had an account in the bank. They promised me that since I am account holder in the bank, they would send me the credit card in 7 days. They took my personal details like, photocopy of my PAN card, my date of birth, mothers name, address etc. They said that there was no need to fill up the form by me as this was the preapproved credit card. I waited for 15-20 days, then I called up at customer care. It said there is no such application under process. I was shocked to know this as 20 days are long enough to atleast put the application under process. Then I called up at the DSA( As I had saved the number from which I got the call)only to be hold for a long time and no answer. After that I phoned them numbers of time only to find no satisfying answer. I told them this is not the way to deal with a sincere customer if they were a professional body. Every time they disconnected my phone in between.
Today after number of requests, the customer care officer, Akansha got me connected to Pooja, Business Manager. She said my application got rejected by the credit card department as I am working in a social development organization and not in the selected list of organizations by ICICI. Is it not the duty of the any organisation to intimate the development to the people/organization they are dealing with. How can I be assured that my documents which I gave to this concerned DSA are not being misused. I am in a social development organization which always stands ahead against corruption and dishonesty. Kindly take necessary actions aganist the DSA and intimate as soon as possible.

From last three months we had applied two times for Internet Banking for are both accounts mentioned as under :

After applying two times till in todays date we didn't recieved the User ID and Password for any of our account, Whenever I go to the branch at Rathod Niwas, Solarium Road, Next to M.P.Shah Medical college, After submitting the application as per instructions given to us by the executives at your branch, At the time of submiiting the application they assure us that we get the User Id and Password under 10 to 15 days, after 15 days when they check the result from computer they said that the password has been issued and delivered at your office Add. When I complaint again that it yet has being not recieved at our end, They just ask that apply again,

Hence I request you to take necessary steps and do needful at your end.

ICICI Bank — deduction of rs.910 without any info

my name is rama agarwal, acc no.[protected], ph no.-[protected], my acc is wit icici bank, jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore...
i am a housewife. i hav acc wit ur bank and now witout informing me they hav deducted rs.910 4m my acc indicating low bal..wen i enquired they said i hav low bal, but they did not inform me that i should maintain rs.10000 as min bal, i continousely maintained rs.5000, i wont to close my acc but i also want a refund of rs.910...so plz help me as soon as possible
Dear Respected Sirs Madam,

I would request you to pl help me to come out from my credit card of ICICI dispute, where i have already paid the amt as per the banks statement and their guidance to settle the account. Now 1 mth has been passed but the case is not closed and upon that they have mark lien in my salary account, i am not in such a sound financial condition that i can live without mu salary for 1 mth and they are not ready to remove the lein.
I have request many time to the bank by calls and mails but the response they are giving is very poor and without base.
This was my last option to convey the message to you to slove my problem as it is not possoble for me to solve the problem without RBI, who will be able to solve it in no time.
