[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — Worst customer care services and cheater

Hi,
I have bought a policy no. 4043/CHC/03381231/00/000 through a agent Name Ms SHOBHANA SINGH sales manger of ICICI Lombard Kolkata office paid through HDFC bank credit card in one time payment option on 13th march 2008. After few days I got all detail like card and other documents with tax saving certificate of Rs.5860. But after 1 month when I got credit card bill there is showing in EMI of 211.39 and 72.07 interest (Which is total about 6500 for 2 years) while I have paid one time payment mode. I contacted to bank they told me this is the fault of ICICI Lombard I request for written proof they have mailed me in written.
After that I contacted to agent Ms SHOBHANA SINGH she told me I would check please give me some time. After 15th days I called her she can’t get reply from the concern team of Lombard. Now I personally contact to Lombard customer care they told me please contact to your bank while my bank was given written document regarding this payment mode. After 25 complain same reply it will take 24 working hours. I waste lot of money and time about 3 months.
After 3months I didn’t get any response then I decide for cancel the policy. So I called to Lombard they were just fooling them saying that it will take 11 days to process. The standard reply that they have. Whenever you call, they say 11 days and that 11th day will never come for them. So I was personally following it up. After 10 complain I got a call from there ICICI Lombard cancellation team they ask the reason for cancellation I told all history they suggested me for don’t cancel the policy we will solved the problem and transfer the call to cancellation manger Ms. Falguni Thakkar she personally talk to me and assure that my problem will solved and give her email id for future contact.
I wait for 15 days but no call or mail got from them once again I called to her she excused me that a check has been dispatched I ask for check number she was not able to give it. After 1 month (total 3 months) I scolding her that Now I am going to file a case as they take customers requests for fun. After this she told me that ok your policy will cancel with in 7 days and you will get refund only 60% because you exceed the full refund limit which was the 3 month from the purchasing date. Now I ask her for please give me all in written because I will file a case against you and Lombard.
After long fight to manager and other I got full refund and canceled the policy but during this I faced very problem.
So Please don’t believe on agent and read the documents carefully before buying a policy. If you get any error in Policy it will never solved or canceled.

ICICI Lombard — I have got a Policy with no desire & paying money on credit card

I never wanted to take any health insurance policy but through customer care [Divya - [protected]] have got a call for a scheme that if I take that policy will get a Platinum Card for sure means my old Gold Card will be replaced with the new Platinum Card if I agree to take that ICICI Lombard health insurance policy and later if I want can cancel tht policy & go on with the new platinum.But, it's been 3months since the time I said yes to take this policy because of new platinum card and didn't get any card yet.But got the Bill in the Credit card statement & paying the amount of Policy with no desire.

I tried to talk with the girl but no one is there with the name Divya.I called to customer care no but they said if I cancel this policy I'll be charged with the half of the amount mentioned for the policy.

Still, don't know to whom should I talk for a help.
ICICI Lombard is a worst company doing fraud to innocent people. I too was a victim of them.
The ICICI Lombard company is untrustworthy, lier and a cheater company. same had happend to me like others I got phone calls from icicilombard after getting a card from icici bank.i purchased policies for myself, my daughter and another for my husband and for my son. After a year I got a letter for renewal in the month of May.As the policy is going to expire in the month of july, I renewed both the policies on 30th May with icici credit card at a time.But in the month of July I got double card for my husband and son and did not received any for myself and for my daughter. Although the icici bank is deducting the instalment for two different policies from my monthly statement.I made complaints for not receiving my cashless cards and having double cards for my husband and son.They promised me to sent our cards as early possible. Since july till january2009 daily i send emails, made phone calls to icicilombard, but its of no use .I didnot get my cashless cards .One day after my enqiry they said that madam your policy has been cancelled for being no reason and your amount will be reflect on your next month statement.Then i stopped calling them after realising that its of no use except waste of our precious time and money.
i have puchased a car cheverlet spark and get it inssured from dealer auto vikas but i have not yet hard copy of policy no 3001/56870/00/000 for this ihad made a complaint no[protected] dt 12/06/09 and made a reminder on 25/06/09 there massage is making cofusion they have despached the documents on three sperate dates but no conclusive has come yet for this whom to contact

I receieved a email stating that, My account has not received salary form dec2009 to feb2010. I own this account since 2003. It was a salary account then. Later in 2003 itself I left the company. Since then never my salary was credited to this account. I was using this account as a zero balance account all these days and I dont understand from where you all came up with the above mentioned stats. You say that you will make it as a normal savings account in 30 days and would freeze my account if i dont submit address proofs etc. Is this the you treat your customer. I dont want an account with you if its not a zero balance account. go ahead and freeze the account. Nothing matters for me, I have other banks who offer zero balance. I will holdon to them.

Customer Care No. is useless. I have spent 3 hours on the phone for unsuccessful attempt of resetting of my ATM pin. They were just tranferring calls from one person to another person. I registered a complaint also but there is no response to my complaint...

I have bought a policy no. 4034i/RIS/RIS0050757/00/000 dtd.22/07/2010, through a Representative Name Sri.Ravi who was working at your ICICI Bank (Lomard) office at Maninagar Br.paid through ICICI Bank A/c in one time payment Rs.21620/- on 22/07/2010 through Chq.and same vide your premium certificate, option on 22nd July, 2010. After,
for the same I had oprated right side eye cataract operation as on 13/09/2010 in the C.H.nagri Municipal eye Hospital's, an dspend Rs.15542/-for the same, Also I had all the necessary document through yours representative Sri Prashant Ravel as on 28/01/2010 and as per his verbal statement they are produced all the documents at your Mumbay office,
But sir I am very sorry to say that till date I inquire often, and I am Anabal submit my fully detail due to by health problem's, Some time I was in Completely bed rest, due to another two major operations for Left leg movable ball are broken and on other incident in the head one vain are broken, so I am unable to properly approached to you,
I am very sorry to give much trouble for the same And I am sure for your favorable justified order's,
I am awaiting for for helping hand and justice as early as possible and oblige,
