[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — ICICI Prudential Policy complaint

Dear Sir / Madam
I have a Insurance policy from ICICI Pro. i purchased this policy in 06/02/2007. My policy details are
Policy type - U39
Policy Number 04427327
I have paid premium of this policy up to feb 09 as per schedule. After that due to some unavoidable reasons I was not able to pay premium of this policy.
Now i have made payment all due premium for my policy by online payment facility.
Now after accepting my money bank is denied to change my policy status. My policy is still reflecting in-active.
I have already raised this issue with bank thru chatting facility provided by bank on there web site and same issue was raised to customer care but they are not able to satisfy my questions and also they are deny to give contact number of any senior authority. Customer care is not advising me to go to bank and fill up forms and submit them in bank. At present it is not possible for me to visit bank and also while accepting premium online it was clearly mentioned that policy get revived by paying that amount.

My question and complain with bank is

a) If bank has accepted my money for due premium than how they can denied activating my policy.
b) If there is any process for activation of policy than same should be informed before accepting money.
c) As at the time of payment there was no information provided on my login window for any bank visit or any other formality and it was clearly mentioned that I can revive policy online but just paying my balance due premium. Then how bank is denying now?
d) Its clearly a mode of harassing customer. Banks have taken customer's hard drawn money and now bank is playing with customer giving him feedback to visit bank branch and fill forms to run for realization of his asset.
It’s not only a point of realization of one policy. It’s reflecting views of bank processes and there way of working and there dealing with customers. Bank has made customer care center to get rid from there valuable customers. Customer is breaking his head with customer care and again at last getting same reply to run in bank as per traditional methods bcz after all it’s my money and there is no pain to bank for my money. Bank has made facility of online payment just to grab money of peoples. There must be some check on working of banks and there dealing with customers. I Can’t understand that bank has provided website, login id, online payment facility to facilitate customers or to facilitate themselves bcz with all these facilities bank grab money and let customer to again run for its money.
As I want to withdraw my policy now, Please advice me the process to get back my money.
