[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — No response | |||
Sir, I am holding 3 ICICI Prudentntial Life Insurence policies One of my policy 15096468 and its premium is Rs.100,000/- is annually and its due dates is before 14th February. I have requested ICICIC customer care-[protected] on 7th Feb 2013 to send any one of the executives to collect the premium. I have reminded again on 11th and 13th February 2013. I was extremely felt very sorry about the attitude of the ICICI staff with my request and no persons have contacted me nor collected the premium. When ever I contacted the Customer care the only one word was made mandatory with ICICI customer care is WE ARE EXTREMELY SORRY.Nothing went fine I have lost the trust with the ICICI that has built in years.Finally decided to close all the business relations with ICICI. I have 5 Insurance policy with ICICI Prudential , i am an NRI and i have i have requested for the financial consultant to visit our house for the detail disucsion regarding every policy , i have been told by customer care executive on 6th of August that within 24 Hrs icici reprensative will call back and fix the appointment unfortunately no one called up so i made a repeated call to ICICI customer care but again the same .
i have been waiting for 11 days for icici customer care executive to revert back to me but none from insurance company called me , later on 17th of august i called icici prudential again so i have been provided by reference no : 36884389 and they said within 24hrs or before someone will revert back to me , But in Vain . Kindly assist me and do the needful . these company's follow up every day and night till we do the policy ,once we invest we are been fixed . kindly do the justice at the earliest .
