[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Mf — Non Receipt of Redemption proceeds | |
I had submitted for redemption folio no 3135600/66 pertaining to ICICI Prudential MF on 16/9/09. Till date I havent received credit into my account. When I called ICICI MF's toll free no, they informed that there was a possibility of rejection of ECS and that they would get back to me. Nobody had bothered to revert back to me or inform me about it. I find that settlement which should ideally done in T+2 days has reached no where. Under the circumstances, ICICI MF should either pay me interest for delayed payment or pass on the benefit of higher NAV as this delay has happened entirely due ICICI's fault and that since the SIP instalement was debited to the same bank account, I see no reason whatsoever that credit should be rejected. ICICI Prudential MF — Wrongly debit from my account.
My ICICI Bank is showing 2 debits on a/c of SIP for folio# 830701/21 (narration being 1886945 & 1886944). I have not given any instruction to debit from icici bank a/c (sip from icicibank was closed long back). There is only one SIP in focussed fund and is from my HDFC Bank A/c. Same is also not showing in my MF statement for folio# 830701/21ICICI Bank customer care is asking me to talk to ICICI Pru AMC/MF for the clarification. Kindly get the needful done
