BEFORE 2 DAY I HAVE SENT A COMPLAIN FOR NOT RECEIVED MATURITY OF ICICI TAX SAVING BOND BUT BY MISATAKE I HAVE SENT COMPLAIN TO YOU INSTEAD OF ICICI SO IGNORE MY MASSEGE I DONT WANT TO COMPALIN SORY & THANKS

Dear Sir,

I have two bonds in year 2005 on my Wife's name and the address on the bond is as follows:V. Malini Prasad, j - 4, ankur flats, balvihar, sonari, jamshedpur - 831 011. I have trtansferred from jamshedpur and my present address is asfollows:
V. KRISHNA PRASAD, FLAT NO: 202, KRISHNA BLOCK, P. S. TOWERS, BHAVANIPURAM, VIJAYAWADA - 520 012.

THE BOND NOS ARE[protected] &[protected] ANDCERTIFICATE NO:ARE 32853 & 32805.

SB A/C WILL BE SAME AS MENTIONED IN BOND.

I would like to request you to send the cheques to the above mentioned present address OR advise me what to do OR whom to contact in Vijayawada?

I have six (6) icici ( each Rs. 5000/- ), tax savings bonds january 2005, with bondholder no. 6100917/6, TSB2 redemption form sl no. 3043222, address ;- 49/2, shibtala street, bhadrakali, hooghly, 712232, redemption date 10.03.10.
kindly let me know the present status of the bond.i.e. when the redemption cheque was posted on your end ? thaking you.

This is to intimate you that cited bonds in my favour are getting matured on[protected]. In advance(i.e. on[protected], your office had send me "forms 15G" as well as Forms C- Electronic Clearing Mandates for duly filled in for avoiding tax deductions at source and direct credit of redemption's amount to my SBI account at Kolkata. However, I have already despatched those forms duly filled in with all particulars to your address as "under certificate of posting"on[protected]. I am pretty sure that your office must have received those. Hence, self is requesting you to let me know the redemption's status per return mail. Await your prompt response.

Icici tax saving bonds — non receipt of maturity amount due on 11.3.2010

I have purchased 6 ICICI tax saving bonds 012005TSB TWO on 11.3.2005 @ Rs.5000/- per bond. Bondholder No.[protected], nominee S. Ganesan. My date redemption bond as per the certificate is 11.3.2010. I am having the bank details as per my allotment advice ref No.B[protected], dated 9.3.2004. My bank as per the the allotment advice is state bank of indore, koyambedu chennai. My maturity amount has not been credited so far. the position may kindly be intimated at the earliest.

TAX SAVING BOND-02-2005-TSB-TWO — change of address to send redeemed value

Sir, I had Tax Saving Bond-022005-TSB-TWO vide Bond holder No. 06590-88A, Certificate No. 78105 in my name i.e. BHEEMARASETTI BHASKARA RAO vide Distinctive Nos.[protected] option - II for face value per bond Rs.6700/- due to redeem on 08.04.2010.
