[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

Dear Sir/Madam,

In my CIBIL report following icici credit cards are reflecting though having a status as closed. as per best of my knowledge I have paid the certain amount in consultation with your representative and closed these cards and closure letter is still awaited.

You are requested to send these letters on my email ID i.e. [protected]@yahoo.com at the earliest. Account nos of these cards are as follows..

I completely agree with the comments. I feel that I have lost all my reward points. the sevices of imint is very bad. icold not contact them tghrough phone.

ICICI people have debited a sum of rs. Rs. 6615.00 from my saving account (which is also in ICICI) with any information to me.

This is pure disservice to the customer. I had been saving my hard earned points to redeem for a beautiful traveler set. One fine day, just short of the 1290 points required, I find them missing. I cannot log in to imintpoints site and this particular item is not there. Also all items are so pricey there. More than a hundred complaints here spanning more than a year and ICICI has not bothered to roll back this unjust scheme.

I do not want any imint card its useless in abrod not even small city of INDIA. It is very very unfair transfering the reward points to imint without notifying the customer. transfer my all earned point to my ICICI card only.

I am one of ICICI Bank saving account holder since a couple of years. In between i have got an I-mint card from ICICI Bank. and i am using this facility often in my routine shopping and expenses. now i want to know how many i-mint points have i got and how can i use it?

last month (june 2009) imint time send a sms the message was iam select imint reward programe and i will get the imint card thru courier but still iam not get any card when i was contact the imint coustmer service but the feed back is very bad i dont know what i do the imint coustmer service is very bad

I am also facing the same problem from same number for meagre amount of 600 Rs

Secondly, I have made payment as per the deadline given on credit card statement on 20 th july and i have received confirmation from you bank.

Still i have received the foul phone call from your bank. I am appalled at ICICI Bank using high-handed tactics to recover small amount which is not pending for ages.

I therefore esaclated my complaint to 2nd level and intend to pursue this.

If you do go for law suit, let me know. I intend to take bank to the task.

I mint programme is useless
My reward points has been lost which were more than 1000
My i mint card is useless
I can't log on to it
Every time they say the information is not matching
I am going to stop usuing icici credit card

have applied cc to icici bank before continously from last 6 months. But I have not got my cc. even on that basic lombard health insurance policy imposed on me for taht they want 12500 ruppe from me.so pls issue my cc. as fast as possible

ICICIcredit Card — regarding wrong treatment for recov.

my cr card no was 4477 **** **** 8002. This card was offered to me by ur bank for repaying my loan of 2 wheelar without any default. I used to pay some appx. amt of 12000/- and I used to pay through autodebit from my SB A/C [protected]. Your cr.card dept had already recovered from me upto 1/2 of it.

During course of time, I lost my

card and after registering a complaint with police.I informed to ur customer care and blocked my card almost a year back.

Because of sme crisis in the house I was unable to maintain bal in savings a/c.Then cr card dept started debiting my a/c when dividend amt of shares used get credited to my a/c, as my demat a/c was attached to this a/c. by this way they have recovered almost all my dues.

now I am abroad for work, due to financial problem, and before I shieft here, I had requeted them to settle my a/c, as they have recovered almost 90% of my dues.but pepole from Andheri office denied.

now that I am staying abroab, they r thretaning my family, which consist of 13 yr old son, and 70 yrs old granny, by sending people at home.
.please take a note, by this way, they will nt be able to recover mny from me.

i hv icici card & hv 1400+ imint point but problem is that i call on 40146468 for reedemtion but no body response on any time 24 * 7then i call your call centre. i was shoked when your peoplewas also helpless.i remind u that v r not begger.i request u to pl amend in your reedemtion programme. why i register myself to imint

Hi All,

Would like to bring to everybody's notice the following things:

1. Is it fair to move points / Cash from one account to another without customer permission ?
2. Even after transfering Points, ICICI says that they are no way responsible for the points transfered. They ask the customer to enquire with imint (as if the points transferes were made as per customers wish).
3. If after transfering all the points to imint why should ICICI Bank has their own point redemption option ? For which kind of customers are they maintaining that option ?

ICICIcredit Card — fraud or cheating from delhi on phone

dear sir/madam
from my credit card one policy got issued & paid without my
knowledge find the agent name & contact no & return that amt
to me i tried to mail you regularly from 2 days but i dont get
any reply so pls favour me.

before some years i got one phone call from delhi telling that i am
"I am from ICICI & we want to provide you a free insurance policy
but as per government rules we can't provide it free to you so we
request you to allow me to take amt from your credit card afterwords
it will be added into your credit card by us. so please do not tell
about this to them. for our help you favour us."

till today i do not get any copy of policy or presently over there
they do not have any record.

so please justify me & clear my credit report.

ICICIcredit Card — Card closed in 2008 but still ICICI Bank Debiting my account again Late fee and Finance charges

I was using ICICI card card 1 year back, in 2008 i was closed this card and not using also and clear all due on this card, but till date they are debting my account with unknown charges.

Now i am fad up with ICICI Cardit card, they are torching me and my family member for payment of such amount, they demanding me to pay 8000/- without any use of their card. they send some people at my home for forceing my family to pay or you will be inproblem. now it is too much. i cant hold much more

i completely agree with the above comments posted above. even i was zapped whn i saw my reward points 4000pts being transferred to imint. But till 2day i haven't understand what it is? nor the icici bank has taken pain to make, its so called "Valued clients" like us, understand the new system. It was forcefully implicated without consulting us. I would tell the bank to stop this game like imint immediately & come to the original system at the earliest...Thanx...
