[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Without Request vas services activated & charged for that | |
My name is Ravi Sachdeva I m Using idea prepaid connection from last 5.5 years no doubt very good services I was very happy with keeping relationship idea.... I also used around rs 300 to 400 in a month. Now on 10 Mar2010 I received an amazing sms from idea it was ' IZ-55456 Congrats you have activated for baba ramdev on ussd daily pack for just rs. 2 for 1 days to deacti. Dial toll free 1555223 Called on same no. no any baba ramdev was found in ivr.... I was shocked also feel bad because they already charged me 3 times no issue for activated services but if I have called in Customer care they put my comp. no.SR no 1-[protected] on 10 March also have word with senior of name sindhant singh said baba ramdev services will get deactivated in ASAP .. But not any resolution received PLZ let me know can possible anything...???? Was this information helpful? | |

IDEA MOBILE SERVICE — CHARGES FOR VAS
Idea company cut charges weekly for Masti Pack which i have not subscribed at all. I have not applied for any type of VAS. I have made complaint several times at its outlet in Bhau Patil Road, Aundh Road but no fruitful result observed. They are calling during 2PM to 4PM which is my sleeping time as i am a regular night shift employee. Please tell what to do. Hi,
I have been deducted 10 Rs every ten days, 4 times for Baba Ramdev health pack, which i have never subscribed. once in 10 days i get the message "your subscription to India Tv baba ramdev health pack will get renewed in 3 days and you will be charded Rs 10. To deactivate dial 1555223 ". Every time i dial[protected] for deactivating i get the message "Maaf kijiye hame aapki baat samaj nahi aayi". unable to reach cust service.

Idea Cellular — Extra charging without activation of VAS
I purchased an IDEA number 3 months back and from that starting month they are automatically activating few VAS (value added services) and charging my number extra amount.In first month they activated music station service and charge Rs. 49/- extra.
After that month they activated Musicstation49 and again charged 49/- extra.
Now in this month of march they again activated Live astrology service and charged 30/- extra.
I complaint this to their customer care and they told me that they will deactivate these services but my amount will not get refunded.
Now I wanted my all amount that are charged, back and would suggest everyone that don't use IDEA cellular, I find it is one of the worst operator that I've used and in my friend circle.
