Idea Cellular Ltd. — MNP Request Rejected | |||
I have received port number from Idea IW613G , and submitted to Tata Docomo. After 7 days I came to know that Idea has not approved my MNP.. Can any one help on my issue for [protected] Good Promo... "GET IDEA" They are not listening. we mail to all authority and no one replying.. customer care is charging 50 paisa for 3 mins,. and have no answer why it has been not approved. hi i'm sumit. My post paid idea no.is [protected]. My complaint is regarding deny of porting out from idea. The reason is not being told to me. Apart from my security of Rs.500 I have deposited Rs.350 against my bill of Rs.310 on 24.1.11 when my due date is 6.2.11

I never come across with such a fraud company. I wanted to switch to Tata Docomo and sent a porting SMS and rcvd a code II923315 ..submitted to Docomo office. Three days after IDEA rejected the code without any reason. Then I went to Vodafone submitted the application..Idea again rejected the code. When I lodged a complaint they say we don't know anything..Under the UPC this is offense and I am filing a case against the company as I have all proofs. All Idea customers are facing the same concerns..Believe me this is the worst service provider ..call disconnects...worst GPRS..worst roaming..SWITCH TO IDEA IS BAD IDEA (Don't ever think for)..Creating a FaceBook page against the company...Please join me there.

Yes its true... Idea people are just to suck the blood of ours. Even i have the same problem. All people are sleeping. And no reverts at all.

Idea — mnp request rejected by idea
my recent idea no. is [protected] i want to port my no. in tatadocomo so that i was applied for that on 21st feb 2011 with upc no.IZ163813 but idea rejected the request due to the reason that the upc code is incorrect.how can i resolve my problem?
