Idea Prepaid — Non Availability of network

Dear sir,

I Manju Kushwah,idea prepaid user from last more than 3 yr..i didn't face any problem using idea but from last two months i am out of coverage area,no body can call me or i can call to anyone this situation i am facing,and don't want to change my Idea no.so please take needful action.
i am working in CAPARO near Eicher Motors (Pithampur sector.1) where i am not able to get coverage in my full office time.I think idea tower near by my company is not working.

So please solve take care of this.

I'm Udham Singh Chandel (no:-[protected]) is using idea cellular services since
2007...last two months i m facing continually problem regarding network...
my mobile is not showing any network signal. I'm not able to receive any call & not able to dial.

I'm having so much problem & my house is fully ventilated. All other companies mobile signals are coming high.

I already talked to many times with Idea customer care but still problem is continues...

I'm not satisfy with IDEA CELLULAR Services...

Idea Cellular — Network issue

Hi , I have taken Idea SIM card and they claim that the network will be the best in Maharashtra and they claiming it by TV Ad also.And now there is no signal at all.
Though sometimes signals are there but is someone calls up, it just gives message that the phone is unreachable.
So either they should stop from giving such decieving adverisement and claiming that the It has full netwok coverage.

Suddenly today morning to ofter noon i d't get network in our office area, till the date i d't paid my monthly bill also, but it should not crossed credit limit, so tel me it is my billing problem or u r network problem

Dear sir
I have recently shifted from Reliance to Idea by Mobile Portability but in my hometown it really works very good. But recently I went on tour to Delhi but the network failed totally to my Mobile Number . Kindly do the needful at the earliest because due to non-availability of network i am facing many problems. I have also tried to select the network by manual method but no positive results occured.
Kindly guide me whom to complain about this.

Hellow sir ji mere pas idea ka network hai lekin wah bahut he pareshan kar raha hai jaha me rahta ho waha per bilkul bhi idea ka network nahi ata hai waha sabhi log idea ke network se pareshan hai kripa kar idea ke network ki dekhaye waha per ek tawar laga hua hai usme idea ka bhi share karwaye

dear idea in deepgaon village a lot of idea costomer but there is network problem persist since last1.5yr. There are network only for few hours...so may peaple wants porting there no.into airtel...............so plz wide your range from khategaon or settele a new tower at deepgaon village..........thanx

i m arman from up, using in idea [protected] cellular service in 6 month..i was saticefide take it taim..but this taim is very bed network...i talk to another n disconnect the call...so plzzz solve this problem...ok

My number is [protected] my complaint no is 1-[protected] In my area we are facing too much problem of network. Today i also talked with customer care (5:22 pm) but he disconnect the call. He said you problem is solved. But we are facing too much problem. If you are unable to solve the problem then we will port the number (Change the operator)

I'm using Idea cellular post paid service since January 2012. I'm facing the network problem from very first day. I've complaint 2 times with their customer care executive. but did not get any response from their side. most of the time there is no any network signal in my mobile meanwhile if signal detected and we want to make a call then withing a few minutes its become silent automatically but meter reading is going on.

I'm very troubled by their services so I would like use mobile number portability.
