[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — network problem

dear sir,
i am mubeen.we are facing lot of network problem in chiplun, maharashtra.i am staying in chiplun pet map road.i am using idea sim card.but in my house there is no idea network.sometime there is sometime nothing.not only in my house only in my area also.lot of people convert their no. into airtel network.sometime talking time network goes off.kindle give us proper service and make good network in our area.

all other companies mobile signals are coming high.i talked to company customer

care from where i have received the output that u have to face this problem for

next more 3-4 months we are working on it...but this is the company liability to

provide network to customer always and also they are providing me services from

last three years than how they will do this ...so please my request it to solve my

problem as soon possible ...

From the last three months i am requesting your call centre, customer service centre to activate my Roaming in Orissa region where your Idea service is not there. I am trying with other networks like IND52, AIRCEL, AIRTEL, ETC all this networks are not accpting my request when i try to catch the signal.
Access denied message was showing or Sim card registration failed
when i was trying to do so,

it is humble request to activate my roaming immediately.

dear sir i have and other many useser idea sim card in our area our problum is no covrage no signal disply in emargancy cals only in our area rajkot aji deam, anmol park, rajkot 360003 i camplain many time in idea compny he says shortly ok . but last 2 yrs shortly shortly says this time shortly sir?? says me we are very tieard a servise is ver very third clas catgary please sir our problum early solv i requst sir please early . a third class idea grup for says no covrage and signal

I am using prepaid card since last 6 months.
Now from last 1 month I am facing problem with Idea roaming. Its not supporting roaming anywhere outside Mumbai... Even when I make call to custome care for assistance, no one seems to be sincere to help me out. sometimes they put the call on hold and never come back. I am using this number for prosonal and as well as for business use.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is last intimation to you peaple before I take some legal action againt you.

My lodging complaint has yielded no result. That is why I have approached your kind office to look into the problem in my telephone and get it rectified immediately.

I have prepaid SIM from Idea purchased in Maharashtra. I am in Kolkata now and unable to connect to IDEA.
Please advise how Do I go about connecting to IDEA network so I can remain connected with my family and friends. I am unable to connect any number for outgoing calls as only HUTCH network is available.

I have called your Customer Care for the above said problem but they are not ready to Register my complain online. My Problem is my Cell gets disconnected while talking its problem for all our Group Numbers. And also I need to change my Outgoing Calling Rate. @ 0.20/min.

I have issue with network connection in Mahapura (Jaipur). As our office is located in Mahapura SEZ.

Idea network not working from last 3 months
Don't treat this complaint as negative but to improve your service and gain the trust of your esteemed customers.
I have suffering the poor service, False committed made by Idea cellular, mental harassments,
Violation of telecom rule etc.and loss of time and money. I asked for the compensation which they refused to do so.
