A V. Good Evening Sir. Myself Ravindra Kumar, Changed my Idea prepaid connection to postpaid at 22nd january .My mobile no is [protected].all was well. But from 24th january my outgoing calls were restricted. since then i have complaint so many times to idea care center at palam gol chakkar. but all in vain.they behaved not in good manner. i also complained to idea customer care but they did, t respond.they were too much irresponsible in talk wiyh me. they said my adress varification was negative although i have submitted my licence zerox and other neccesary documents.after that i left driving licence copy at my home but they did, t varified my adress after which my outgoing calls could be restart.on 1st feb they called at my roo met, s cell and told that my sevice was continue, which was a lie.when I went to Ide care center at Palam Gol Chakkar they replied that was not their fault. Now my Sim Registration is failed when i insert it any phone.i am working at palam airport at delhi.I am totally harrased with idea customer sevice & want to file a Case against them & Want compensation of RS 50, 000 /-.Plz Help me .I am feeling very helpless. company on our mobile no. [protected] (prepaid) for various non sense reasons.Kindly requested not to

give call or send the SMS for any kind of advertisement or songs to copy as tune.If this not solved we may

be force to approach to consumer court for further action.

I was requisting to 12345 costumer care for 3 month bill delivery details .
Since 29th of Jan 2010 & 2nd of Feb 2010 Rs 150/= He has been deducting from my cell no. [protected]. And when I am giving a complain to costomer care on 12345 as well as complaint to 198, it always anouncing that your costomer care representatives are busy as well as no respond. It is being deducted unnesessory, please give me details of threee month oct 2009 nov2009 & Dec2009 of call history & sms
so kindly refund it immediatelyon mob no. [protected], also inform me by e-mail or by sms on my cell.

Deducting the Money without any use.

On 6th of Feb, I recharged my number of Rs 1000 and within 7 to 8 days i have 345 as balance in my accounts.So Idea user please its a request dont ever recharge of big amount.
