Speed and Coustomer care service

Dear Sir,
When i went to buy the data card from your vendor he made a false commitment that the speed will be quite good and since i bought it i never had a good speed(only 5-8kps/sec) which is even less than he speed when we run GPRS on our phones. Whenever i tried to call your customer care, they either disconnect the call or they give a wrong number to dial again and ask for clarification from them. Is this your company Ethics??

I have purchages idea data card on monday and start on wednesday but not start and flash message data connection not avaliable error is 619.
I have also call to care but they told me we are not able to accses so pls do the same very urgent and also apply charges after working .

Hi everyone,

I bought Idea Datacard at Rs, 2600 on 20th March 2010 and they said the speed is 236 kbps. But when I used the speed is too less not even 50 kbps also. I was unable to open any kind of website like yahoo, google etc. I am very disappointed and I have decided not to use any kind of product which is related with Idea. Idea company is a cheater. I paid Rs. 2600 and unable to browse it. At last I realised that I should have gone for other company like TATA INDICOM, RELIANCE, AIRTEL ...

I AM REQUESTING EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY IDEA PRODUCT. THEY ARE SCAM.

This is Rupak Ranjan Bala, purchased Idea Data Card couple of months ago. It was really difficult to connect to server for first one week, after that one month was ok. I got fair connectivity. After couple of days i was gone out of state i.e.data card experiences roaming. I already asked the shop-keeper if there is any problem in roaming. He committed there wouldn't be any kind of problem. But there wasn't any connectivity during roaming. Even when i'm back the same problem happens i.e.no connectivity. Customer care people blame for no payment. But payment was already done. Now customer care as well as idea centre people don't give any reply, even don't pick my phone up. Is this kind of service do you provide? What the hell is this? If you people don't give service then why this wrong commitment? My datacard number : 8140901051.

idea data card do not give any warning sms or explanation to us when we should refill or why error 619 is comeing.if there is any network problem when it will be ok.

i buy idea net setter 7.2 mbps after 5-10 minutes connecting to internet it will disconnect automatically and no good speed

I purchased net setter 7.2 mbps with 5GB data. I used only 7 days with no downloading, only surfing and mail checking. But now it's showing available balance ZERO.
