sir please open my Sim card yesterday my is lock i well request in customer care

i submit a document for mobile number portability on 26 january (vodafone to idea )... but it couldn't be done since yet... what i do ? give me answer [protected]

DEAR SIR,

I have a prepaid connection of Idea cellure no [protected] for the last 4 months .
as the company call centre executives apply un necessary services to my cell no.
on 10/02/2011 such as devotional song and ammount of RS 2&30/- was decuted from my account when I make complaint to C Care Centre it is not connecting .so pls dont make like this unnessery service without information to costamer. so pls credited back my amount i dont want this unnessarry service.

Idea Prepaid — Start of DND

I requested for start of Do Not Disturb srvice with idea Punjab India with registered no.[protected] and[protected] on 06th Feb 2011 but still getting huge number of messages on my both moile phones . It is requested that nessessary action may please be taken against the defaulters.

Idea Prepaid — About Insufficient network

There is insufficient network coverage and unsatisfied service of Idea care.Many times about 3-4 days not a service is in working.From last two days I was unable to speak with a single person because of this third class service providing Idea mobile services.I really very much irritated because of this service.Now I broken this Idea sim card which containing about 200 amount.Really situation was like this "My friend lost his better life just because of this third class service,we have tried about 500 times to call someone for our help.But not a single call was connected.And Idea customer care was slept during,they don't have a need of their customer.

Really I also noted same issue many times.

kindly tell me that how i contact to customer service no. as given by this company as 198, 12345 ext. coz i am calling continue dial above no., one time taken response from that both no., but when i told my complane, than bared my no. [protected]. how it is possible for large company. i don, t want this cellular company's sim. when do not give satisfaction by your customercare officer, why i take sim of this company.
