[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

FOR GOD SAKE DONT EVER BUY IFB WASHING MACHINE PRODUCT. WORST SERVICE I HAD EVER SEEN. RATHER THAN BUYING IFB PRODUCTS ENGAGE A SERVANT FOR WASHING IT IS DEFINITELY CHEAP

IFB WASHING MACHINE — Under AMC, but no service

A complaint was booked on 11/16/2010 with the call center since my machine was not working (complaint No.5430481). Since then I have been calling up the call center and every day they tell me in 24 hours a technician will come. As days passed, they said they are escalating the matter to the next level. In between I had been asked to call one Mr. Dastagir (phone no. [protected]) and also a supervisor, Mr. Anupam (phone no. [protected]), which too I did. But till today my wait for the said technician is not yet over. Extremely pathetic service from such a reputed brand.

5.5kg Executive plus IFB washing — machine not working

MY CUSTOMER CODE IS 2575801 & MY COMPLAINT No is 5448431. My IFB washing machine is not working for last 9 days everyday i am putting up complaint and been told to wait for 24 hrs. but there is no response from any body. Every time a new phone no. was give .First it was customer service centre phone no.i.e., 65423608 & [protected]. I and my wife tried these phone No. for some atleast 50 times but no response. Then subsequently were given phone No. of some Mr. sanjay [protected], Again we tried this Mr sanjay's phone No. but there was no respose (Phone is switched off) was the sound from other side this was round the clock. passing of another 24 hrs. The pathetic part is every time you call up customer service they tell wait for next 24 hrs. Next in the line was Miss/Mrs pallavi Goora another goong in the line phone with phone no [protected]( supposed to be a higher offical in the line ) But without any change iin the satus her phone is also continouslu swited off. Story does't end here, then the service centre tells me they will make me talk to there higher official but after 5 min, on hold I am told that they are busy and I will be called upon by them after 2 hrs. but those 2 hours have not ended after 4 days also. Then came another pathetic phone No. of supposed to be again a higher official Mr. jokhraj singh i.e., [protected] this great great gentleman has also switched off his mobile and I dion't know what he must be doing.

The worst part is still to come don't loose your patience. please go on reading.

IFB might be a good company but the employer are very gready as service is available on payment by IFB personals only. But as they come to know The machine in under AMC nobody bothers to respond or even pick up there phones.

In the end there is a request that if any sinceare or GOD loving person of the company or otherwise reads this note please convey to the company that GOOD Company product with greedy and unfaithful service personal. NONE OF YOU ARE GOING TO DIE WITH THIS KIND OF MONEY ON YOUR CHEST.

Local service centre is not responding to the coplaint .What I have to do. Please do not ask me to through it into BAY OF BENGAL since it is very close to VISAKHAPATNAM.

IFB/ washing machine executive plus — delay in attending/ rectifying IFB washing machine complaint

I am resident of Dehradun . I am using an IFB Washing machine and it is currently under AMC. I logded a complaint regarding leakage and noise on 16th November. 2010 and my complaint no. is 5434448. next day, the service technician attended the call and informed us that tub and motor needs to be changed. He told us that machine can be used and in the mean time he has requisition for new motor and tub from their goa office and it will take week time to arrive the stock. On 18th my machine completely stopped working . I informed their calcutta office {customer care office} about the new problem. they assure me that they will send the technician to rectify the problem. since then i have made dozen calls to calcutta office and every time they assure me that they will send the technician. After that they gave us the number of IFB local centre

Of the above two numbers, Deepak never picked up the phone . Gagandeep picked the phone (that too after several calls) and told us that he will come next day. But he didnt came. Then i called local IFB centre, Ms. Jaishree answered the call, i told her that atleast make the machine operational and they can change tub in due course. She said she will send the technician very next day and since then three days had passed, till date no technician has come.



Can I take the issue to consumer court for a remedy/ compensation for the pain and agony they have made to me and my family?

Please let me know the procedures for taking up this issue in consumer court in lack of service by IFB team.

Hi, when i bought the IFB elite top loading machine the shop keeper themselves said that their won't be proper service but still i bought it for the brand name.The service person came only at the time of installation and promised to come in six months time and whenever there is an issue since the machine has 1 year warranty but nobody turned up even i called them regarding a door problem.The worst case is some service people called me and asked about it three days after my warranty period was over.I just can't believe some globally known brand acting so CHEAP. i regret buying it.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — Do not provide service under warranty

I have purchase Senorita DX washing Machine from Frontline Electricals Sanjay palace Agra (U.P) on 06.08.2009. Machine was not working from 24 sept.2010(Under warranty) complain No.5162686 on 03.11.2010 from Agra (U.P) tech. visited & told that Pcv is not working i will change within 2-3 day till date Nobody came to change pcv.meanwhile my complaint cancelled . I recomplain on 03.12.2010 but till date Nobody came to change pcv.
After sales service of IFB washing machines and Dish washer is very very poor, if there is a choice one should never buy these products. You will badly repent if you stuck with defects in these machines. They have a call center attend to your call give you a complaint number, nobody will come to attend or even if they come they will harass customer and leave job half attended and make customer dance to their tune for months.

YOUR SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD.

If your people are not takan necessary actions as early possible

IFB / Senorita Dx — Faulty machine

i have purchased an IFB Senorita DX washing machine on 8/10/2008 serial no 15192. The machine is always having repairs due to which i am not being able to use it. This is causing me a lot inconvenience and mental trauma. Inspite of their technician visiting so many times to repair the machine after every visit there is a new problem in the machine. I just want to request the company to replace my machine as i can atleast get some relief to wash my clothes

I have purchased IFB washing machine on 31.01.2009 from M/s.Baby electronics velur, namakkal (Dist), Phone No.[protected]. On 4th November 2010 during running machine got over vibration due to that the machine came out from the stand and bottom deck of the machine got broken . The same problem has been communicated to the vendor and they told that the problem has been inform to service engineer of IFB . Still now no communication from either side. As per IFB’s terms&conditions of servicing of machine the first service has not been completed.. Please kindly do the needful.

IFB/ washing machine — SERVICE NOT ATTENDED

I have complained on 15.12.10 (on toll free complaint number) about by recently purchased washing machine. I have been allotted the complaint no also. However inspite of repetitive reminders till date neither I have received any phone call nor any response. Every time I get an assurance that my complaint will be attended in next 24 hrs. But so sorry about such a reputed company (ONLY NAME's sake)

I will never recommend anyone to purchase washing machine of IFB looking into such a poor response. (PH : [protected])
