[Resolved]  India Post Speed Post — Non delivery of important documents

sir, my brother had sent important documets from BHACHAU, near kutch, Gujarat state, ON 10/02/2011. THE DOCUMENT NO. is eg[protected]in .every day i am tracking the document in inernet, it shows on 12/02/2011 the article is bagged to bangalore. thereafter no tracking found. today, 14/202/2011.still i am not receing the document, total 5 days completed. why it so. kindly lookinto this as very serious &urgent matter.
the document had sent from bhachau to puttur, karnataka state.
i am awating for your respose at the earliest.

Loss of important documents — Request for trace of documents

I had travelled in an auto bearing no,. KA-___-5761 of Kamalanagar area of Bangalore. I had lot of things and while getting down from the auto I left one bag containing important documents and would like to trace this auto and get the said documents. Will be highly obliged to get this back as it is very precious to me. I got into the auto around 2.30 p.m. and finally disposed of the auto near my residence around 7.00 p.m. I paid him correct amount. When i approached the post master at G.P.O Delhi-110013, i was given a vague reply to contact non existing telephone number i.e. 1256.

Till today i have come to know that DAK is not delivered at the given address.

Please look into this matter and take appropriate action on the same.

I sent a quotation from Delhi to Rishikesh on 30/03/11 via speed post which is very urgent and that is not received upto till date( 07/04/11) due this mistake i lost the order.

I wanted somebody take action against the Indian Post and Govt should give this department into private hands.

Ihave posted an appeal to Chief information Commissioner, 301-A August Kranti Bhawan, Central Information Commission New Delhi-110066 vide speed post no: EV[protected] IN dated[protected] P.O. Majra, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Till today i.e.[protected], the websit- India Post speed post tracking is not showing delivery details. From this it is apprehended that the article has not been delivered till date.

indiapost staff are not helpfull and giving all wrong contact numbers and their english are very poor and the manager or person incharge not helpfull at all. when timesup wanna go home at sharp. we already told them will be late and please late for us coz we need draw money from bank .once we withdraw money and went there tht man told come on monday.is this the best service your staff can give to customer. it is happened at coimbotore perur india post .please train ur staff .
im from abroad tamilan and feel hurt and irrated with their careless attitude.please take some action on them allthewhile im callinga and explain my callng expenses to them till they are giving wrong number and it invalid number

I sent a very important document by speed post vide speed Post No. is ED[protected]IN to my daughter Divya at Kotivakkam, Chennai ( PIN 600041) on 22/04/2011 from Safdar Jung Post office (Pin: 110003 ). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 26.04.2011 (as per the confirmation received from my daughter). but is shown the it has been earlier delivered on 24.04.2011. It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

I have sent the parcel on 09th of April and on the website it was showing that the article was delivered on 13th of April and the another parcel on 14th and was delivered on 19th of april and now the parcel of 14th of april was returned as the receivere refused to accept and on the website it was showing that the article is delivered and the 1st parcel is delivered but form the parcel the product is lost and the empty parcel was delivered to the receiver. The product is about 19000 inian rupees and they dont have any responsibility of deliverey. Now friends please suggest me what to do in this case.

I have posted a document at RMS, Bhubaneswar-751001on 2/09/2010 at about 8.26 P.M. the weight was 620 Gms and the amount was Rs.111/-. The address was
