Indian Oil - delay in delivery

Respected Sir / Madam,

We had booked our Gas Cylinder on 29th January,12 with M/s Sri Ram Gas Agencies. Till now we have not received the Cylinder and non of the numbers of the gas agency is not working.

Details are as follows:

Consumer No. 11267
Reference No.. 210390

On 5th March,12 I received an SMS stating " Dear Inande Customer, against your refill booking 210390, cash memo 158 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly" but till now we have not received the same.

ADDRESS :- ADJ KHERE PATI BABA MANDIR,THE MALL ROAD,KANPUR-208001

COMPLAINT:- DATE OF BOOKING OF GAS WAS 18.08.2010.TILL DATE THE DELIVERY IS NOT MADE.ON CONTACTING ON PH.NO.05122311065 THE RESPONSE WAS IT WILL TAKE 5 TO 6 DAYS MORE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPEN REGULARLY.

PL.TAKE SERIOUS STEP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
