Dear sir,
I am Chetan Dalal, I have booked e- tickets on 28/5/2008 from Puri
junction to Bina junction for date 5/7/2008 via train UTKAL EXPRESS,
Train no. 8477, PNR No. [protected], Transaction id [protected].
As that train was CANCELLED, I have already sended you mail dated 13
July 2008 for cancellation of that tickets and refund of money
(Reference no 2008/IRCTC/ERTD//Refunds/E-ticket/418433/NR). . Also I
have talked with your customer care executive on no.[protected]
regarding the same and it was told that according to process it will
get refund within 90days. I have made contact to TDR department
[protected] according to them they will send a letter for the same
but still I have not received any letter from them.. It is almost 4
months gone but still my money is not credited to my account. Nor any
information regarding the issue is given to me.
As I have already reminded you thrice by mail so please look after the
matter and credit my amount to my a/c no. within 7 days with inertest.
Other wise I will be forced to move to consumer court for the same.
