[Resolved]  Ing Life Insurance — ING Life Switching delay

Complaint is regarding Policy # 00524941 which is issued in the name of V.Parijatha

I never done any switching from the date policy was issued to me,
When tried first time oneline,got messeage saying you have exhausted free policy switches ? what does this mean ?

However, On 9th or 10 Dec 2011, online switching was performed for policy # 00524941 with transaction # 104428
but still switching has not happened & is not reflecting on this policy.

This is really very bad service which is resulting in loss for us.

Moreover I have another complaint in general for giving wrong information to customer while selling this policy.

We are not ready to bear the loss due to delay happened at ING life Insurance.

I tried to log complaint on ING portal online but even the complaint is not getting logged.
