[Resolved] Ing Life Insurance — Payout not received | |||
It has been a month I am chasing Ing people through customer care calls and emails for my payout amount. I have submitted all the relevant documents for the amount to be transferred online via NEFT but it is still not credited. They sent the cheque via firstflight courier service which I didn't request and that too at different address from the one which is in their records and resulted in non delivery of cheque. Secondly, As I requested for NEFT transfer why did they sent a cheque at wrong address. Please answer this. As requested by customer executive I again sent a fresh scanned copy of cheque by email in order to receive the money by NEFT but no luck this time as well. Since it has been more than a month passed and payout amout is not yet received I have beared a loss of Rs 5000 till date Was this information helpful? | |||
