I had filled up an application form for a new broadband connection at our present address---- G-901/902, Palm court complex, Link Road, Malad W, Mumbai in the name of my husband Mr. Sumit Maheshweri on 22nd August, 2011. The airtel agent told us that the connection will be installed and activated on 25th August, 2011. However when i called up the airtel number, the customer care person told me that the application form was submitted to the system on 28th August, 2011 and within 7 days after the form submission, the connection would be installed and activated. The installation was not done even afetr 7 days and since then we have been getting new complaint numbers from the customer care every day but work not done till date. I am fed up of the Airtel service. Is this the kind of service you provide????
PLS LET ME KNOW WHEN WILL THE INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION BE DONE???? IF YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING TOO BUSY, THEN I CAN GET THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM THE LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS AS WELL, THAT'S THE LEAST I CAN DO.....

Dear Sir, I have never subscribed to cricbuzz service. Still you have chosen to provide me the same and continue deducting Rs 5/- per day which is very bad. For God sake, please unsubscribe me from cricbuzz immediately and stop deducting the mat of Rs 5/- per day. This is clearcut blackmailing of a genuine customer which should be stopped immediately.
