NEVER BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV..... WORST OF WORST SERVICE AND PATHETHIC AND DUMB & PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE
ITS BEEN ONLY 10 DAYS, I GOT ONE AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION BY PAYING RS.1590/- RIGHT NOW DTH NOT INSTAL MY ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With due respect, I am writing this application to request investigation of the issue and take appropriate action.

I am a very old customer of Airtel with phone number [protected]. I activated internet on my phone number [protected]. I got this plan activated @INR: 249.00 (with unlimited usage)

Since I got a broadband connection at my home and vodafone internet was also available...

My Airtel dth HD hangs every now and then. so i lodged a complain in the customer care. After a lot of hue and cry, they finally responded that the "stb" needs to be replaced since the software is not responding properly.

The issue is that they are replacing my stb with some old stb which i cannot guess would survive for how long , since my stb is in the warranty period so i think they are supposed to replace it with...

I BOUGHT AIRTEL TV BEFORE 8 MONTHS . IN FIRST PLACE , IT DOES NOT GET SIGNALS WHEN IT RAINS. I CAN UNDERSTAND THE SIGNAL IS WEAK DURING RAINS. BUT NOW I AM GETTING AUDIO OUT PUT . WHEN I CALL UP THE CUSTOMER CARE . THEY SAID THEY WILL BE SENDING A ENGINEER FOR WHOM I SHOULD PAY 100 RS.

I have given a complaint to Airtel Digital TV saying that i'm not able to hear sound. They took the complaint and immediately replaced the Set top box and told me that it will be activated in 48 hours. I was very happy with the customer service. Later it still is a big disppointment. It's been 15 days and i am not able to view any channels. It's been 15 days I gave a complaint to customer care by calling 12150.

Unnecessary Balance Alerts which irritates me

For past one month I am receiving unnecessary current balance alert messages. I do not want these messages as I can get the details when I need by dialing the *123#

We signed for Broadband and along with Airtel gave fixed line. I paid Rupees 1299/- against new connection.After couple of days, they cut off out going felicity, when I called customer care they are telling my check bounced.I inquired with my bank, and my bank told me they do not have any trace of same check. I had originally posted a concern on 16th June against Libra Communications for their indefinite delay in getting the ownership and subsequent prepaid to postpaid plan changed. This issue is still unresolved and even after emailing [protected]@in.airtel.com as instructed, there has been no response. For this reason, I am posting the complaint afresh. Hope it would evoke a response soon from Airtel presence.

I have airtel digital tv connection. I have recharged it on 21/10/2010 for Rs.1920/-. This was clubbed with an offer of 12 month activation and additional 2 months of extended viewing. So total of 14 months of viewing period. I confirmed the same after recharging with airtel customer care executive. Now it seems I have low or negative balance on my account. It is just 9 months post recharge on 21/10/2010.

i did not opt for any 54321 services in my SIM. but these kind of services get activated automatically and i receive some messages every day, its too annoying and these services get charged everday like Re 1 or 2 or 3, why should we pay unnecessarily for the services which we don't even want?
I never activated anything like that i said. Unsubscribe it form my mobile as soon as possible...
